I called for help after hours when I discovered that my thermostat was not working. I was called later that night and assured someone would come in the morning. When my technician Saul, found the problem, promptly fixed it. I remain very rusting of this company because they deliver expertly, kindness and consideration. Also, since my system is still on warranty, their guaranteed was honored. I strongly recommend them!

John Castillo came out on the 25th because my A/C had gone out and diagnosed and fixed the problem the same night. He came back on the 28th for a full system check up, he went above and beyond with his service.

I hire them to evaluate the AC and they gave me a tonnage they thought would work for the home. They came for service just about a year or completion and told me there was huge bacterial growth and that the AC was too big for the duct system and the duct system was getting affected and might affect AC in long run. I’m in disbelief that this company took so much money from me gave me the tonnage that they thought they recommended was good for this Home and come a year offer and tell me now I should replace the entire duct system and that would cost me another $10-$14,000. These are a bunch of crooks and stay away from them.

I know it must be a communication issue but the technician installed the more expensive capacitor for my A/C while i told him explicitly not to install that one. I told him that's not the one i wanted and eventually he installed the right one for me willingly

Unfortunately I've had to update my review to reflect the current state of the business. I have to agree with many that recently the customer service has gone down hill, the repair tech's come across more as salesman then HVAC technicians.

The technician was fantastic. So patient and so helpful. He was great at customer care and addressed every concern and made sure we were cooling before leaving. Highly recommend.

Austin air conditioning is under new ownership since 2023. We had one of their techs out last week, he workmanship was terrible. After he serviced our air-conditioning unit air handler, I found a panel that was installed incorrectly and causing an air-conditioning leak in my attic. I had to reinstall the panel properly myself. This is not the same company from 2022. Beware!!!

Well before it was Austin Air it was procure and they came out and serviced my AC unit on the outside of my mobile home and got it fixed and I had a membership and my membership ran out and I didn't renew it and then I found out they sold the company to Austin Air and I called to get Austin there to come out and fix my AC this morning but they can't do it because it's a mobile home I don't know what difference unless they just don't want to do a mobile home with a unit on the outside of the house not in a RV park or a mobile home park I live on my own land so I'm a little bit pissed about that so I won't be using Austin Air I've called Blanco air they're going to come out and service the AC they don't seem to have a problem with it cuz the house is so new

Had a great experience with Technician Steve Jackson from Austin Air Conditioning. The system wasn’t performing very well and Steve came out on-call this weekend, performed a fantastic diagnosis & maintenance, explained every step and reason for the parts, and cleaned up the cabling making it look professional. System is now running stress free and safely which makes all the difference. System is coming up on 15 years old but a great unit. We will definitely be getting a few years now after this visit. Great job!

Called for Procure which is now Austin Air Conditioning and from the moment they picked up to sending someone out they were kind, quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. My house was 85 degrees on a 112 degree day and within 3 hours of the initial call everything was fixed and John was amazing. Comparing local rates to the parts quoted everything was reasonable and fair and they were very upfront. Sitting back in 67 degree AC the night of the issue writing this and just know I would recommend them over and over again. Very satisfied.
