• I highly recommend Avalos Heating & Air! Our HVAC system died in the middle of the night, and I called first thing in the morning. I spoke with Angel, and she was wonderful from the start. She communicated clearly, was incredibly helpful, and worked to get someone out to us as quickly as possible. Beau and Isaiah came that afternoon, and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable they were. They took the time to actually diagnose the problem and focus on fixing what was wrong rather than immediately pushing us toward replacing the entire system. Beau, Isaiah, and Joseph all helped with our HVAC, and every one of them was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I especially appreciate that they genuinely tried to repair our system instead of jumping straight to a replacement. They even offered to loan us portable coolers to help keep our home comfortable while we were dealing with the issue, which was incredibly thoughtful. • Beau and Jayden were absolutely wonderful. They were both very efficient and professional when they came to troubleshoot our AC unit. • Update to review: We purchased a Carrier mini split for our sunroom. Began having issues with it after about 5 years.. Avalos/ Carrier replaced it with an identical unit…a couple weeks later began having issues with the new one…their technician Beau came out once again and it is now running and cooling beautifully! Even the first unit was never this cold! This one is freezing us out ( which is a good thing! ) even though we’ve had record breaking temperatures all month! We question whether the first unit was installed correctly because it never cooled like this one! Beau was considerate and empathetic as he listened to our frustration in the ongoing issues we’d experienced…Our sincere thanks to Beau for his knowledge and skill as a technician! Also, want to mention Angel ( office manager ) who is always truly an “angel”, always extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful ) whenever we call. 1st review: Had a new HVAC system installed a week ago. Had a bad thermostat. The owner sent Beau out after hours who diagnosed and replaced it in no time. Extremely nice and knowledgeable technician. Update: Even after Beau had things up and running for a couple ofweeks the thermostat went out again. Finally after the 4th time, Francisco, the owner came out and diagnosed the issue and have since had no problem. Highly recommend their services.

I've been trying to leave a review, but couldn't figure out a way except to just do an update to a prior review. The crew of 4 who came to install the new unit were: the 2 Andrew's, Baldo and Logan. They are a hard working crew who do an excellent job and a joy to have in our home. • I was having trouble with my AC and Avalos was recommended. Beau came over and started troubleshooting. He was extremely thorough as well as friendly. He was very respectful of my home as he entered and exited. When he explained the potential issues he did a great job and explained each picture that he took of my system. Ultimately I decided to go with a new system as ours was old. He was again helpful giving me my options. When my system was replaced the two young men that installed my new system were very respectful and did a great job. The system works great and they left zero mess.
