Please beware of Bakerbrothers Plumbing Air & Electric a Lennox authorized dealer. I run a few local Airbnb’s in the Dallas area and one of my units I recently purchased (2022) a 15k complete system. In addition I sign up on this “ family plan “ ( which is a 15.00 a month rip off). My First floor thermostat equipment stop working, I called in to receive what I thought was a part of this “ Family Plan “ package (2) free inspections a year. Well to my surprise the (2) free inspections for which you pay 15.00 a month is for an inspection when you system is only working properly! Yes I am sure your looking just as puzzled by that new truth of their “ family plan “ Fast forward ⏩ tech came out verifying it’s the thermostat unit but again to my surprise ( informed me that they would charge me for replacing the faulty thermostat equipment) I did mention I paid 15k for this complete Lennox system installed by Baker Plumbing, Air & Electric Brothers heating So it’s the end of the day and I still don’t have a working system in my house. So much for quality customer service and support. In closing I called Lennox customer care as well and they told me that I would have to take up issue with Baker Brothers heating! Again choosing carefully is the word of today, they will promise you everything to get you to sign but when you call on them it’s another story! Came same day, showed me everything that was needed on both toilets. I chose what I wanted done. They got the new toilet in the size needed, and put the inside parts to the second toilet. It was done in about 2 hours. Excellent job. Recommend them to anyone.

Mr. J .Edwards went above and beyond his inspection; five stars for his regular work inspection and five stars for knocking down four large paper wasp nest above my front entrance and garage when he was leaving. I have poor eyesight and did not know they were there. he also expressed a very friendly attitude while he was here. What a guy.

Johnathan Cox was the representative who came to our home to solver a problem of 7 wall plugs that were not receiving current… three in our art studio, one at the entrance of our home, two in the master bathroom and one in the second bedroom. Johnathan did justice to me as your customer by listening to my electrical issues, asked pertinent questions, and explained what he would do to repair our problems. Johnathan did justice to himself because of his diagnostic skills, having the right equipment to use repairing the problem. He was competent in explaining the Baker Brothers “Family Plan” that we joined. He did justice to Baker Brothers by explaining why we needed a new electrical box and wiring for our 40 year old home, and scheduled the new installation after selling us on the needs for replacement. Johnathan was able to find the source of our wall plug outlets problem and made the repairs … all in less than 30 minutes. He represented Baker Brothers in a professional, mindful way. You have a compete employee that sold me on using Baker Brothers.

Always polite and professional. However, I was told there was a quote on cleaning air ducts from the last visit, which I never saw. This current service person said he would write it up and send it, and still nothing. I also have an issue that I can't get an 8AM appointment. For those of us who have to be at work, their service hours are not convenient.

They charge $59 travel fee for warranty repair work (which happens frequently with their shotty installations). Take your business elsewhere.

Wow! We used Baker Brothers at our old home to work on some more complicated problems on a tankless water heater and I remember being happy with their service and knowledge. I called them for a few simple issues. They came out next morning and I talked to scheduling after 5pm. Was able to understand my issue and get parts. Then learned how to add a system to my tankless water heater so they never need to replaced. Asked them about an electrical issue in the morning and fixed just after lunch. Then the best part is their family plan. An electrical and plumbing inspection annually but the kicker is HVAC service 2x per year for a tune up and if you give them filters they will install for your. $15 a month for 1-3 HVAC and $20 a month for 3-6. Incredible value! I signed up and they will do my heating check up in November. Great service and friendly technicians! I would definitely recommend Baker!

We had issues with clogged sink drains and low pressure on a sink faucet. I was afraid we would have to wait days to get it looked at after scheduling with them online, but I called their number (as their website said to do if it was more of an emergency) to move to an earlier spot, and Veronica was very nice and quick to get us a tech to come our way ASAP. Anthony, our plumber, was kind and very professional. He knew immediately what to do, he gave us a quote and I gave him a coupon code I found on their website. He was done in less than an hour, which did not disrupt our day. The workmanship was flawless and it is guaranteed for 30 days. Highly recommend this company!!! 👊🏼 I’ll be calling them for the electrical side of things soon enough. 😁 Edited 5/30/24 We signed up for the family inspection plan and had our electrician come by to check it out. Our electrician, Brandon Smith, was super professional, kind (with everyone at our house, pup and all), helpful and thorough. We would be happy to have him help us again in the future. The customer service and service itself continues to be top notch! Edited on 5/29/26 We had an electrician, Triston, come by and do our yearly electrical check up that’s included in our family plan and he was professional, clear and very kind. It’s always nice to know that every one of the employees sent to our house is of the highest character. I’m so happy we have Bakers Brothers always helping us out! I highly recommend them! Edited 9/30/2026 Again, awesome and professional service! We have the family plan and it was time to have our HVAC system checked out before winter and Jairo did a great job of being thorough, giving us advice on what we needed. I highly recommend them!
