They used these Yoga pipes refrigerant lines which eventually and notoriously fail after just few years (major leaks). My unit failed and could not cool the house. The installation was clean and professional, and they left both the indoor and outdoor areas in great shape. They also worked with us on the appearance of the outdoor equipment, including painting the utility channel to match the house, which was a nice touch. The system is working great and has kept the garage comfortable even on 100+ degree days. I'm also looking forward to having heat out there this winter. Baker's recently installed a new HVAC system for my wife's mother as well, and they did an excellent job there too. We'd definitely recommend them.

• Wow! Super impressed with these guys. My 5 year old Trane AC unit compressor went out. I called Airco first and they quoted me $4,400 for the repair but suggested I purchase a new unit and quoted me $12,000 for that. I ended up getting a second opinion and called Bakers mechanical On Saturday. Zac, one of the service members came out to my property Monday assess the issue and ordered the new Compressor and installed it today for $3100 and that included adding Coolant and servicing the unit as well. Before they did the install, I even asked them if they suggested I purchase a new unit and they said no replacing the compressor would be my best option. One of the most honest affordable AC Repair service companies I have ever dealt with for sure. If you need anything related to HVAC, I would highly suggest giving these guys a call first!!!

• Kyle and Jax came out today and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Our air conditioner was short cycling and we had already called another company out and they couldn’t figure out why it was doing this. We called a 2nd company any they were clueless. Kyle and Jax came out and isolated the issue to my fan motor or the circuit board and hard wired the fan into operation which will tell us if the fan starts short cycling the motor is bad. If it doesn’t we know it’s the circuit board. This took less than half an hour. Kyle wouldn't charge us for his visit: he insisted it was free! Who does that in 2026?! Very professional, down to earth and they even wore booties over their shoes to protect our home floors. Top notch service, company and staff! Thank you and don’t hesitate to call them.
