My friend recommended Big Rock to us because we needed a second opinion on an issue-our air conditioner was blowing out warm air instead of cold. Our regular company wanted to jump straight to a new unit and said no need to try freon because the copper tubing was messed up and it wouldn’t work. I contacted Big Rock the next day to get a second opinion and they sent out Matt, the service tech. He tested the freon and showed me it was at zero and also showed me where an obvious leak was which he immediately tightened. He cleaned the outside unit just because it needed it. Matt explained everything throughly and now our air conditioner is blowing colder than ever. A $500 fix over a $22,000 investment makes me happy to keep rolling with a working unit. Thank you Matt and Big Rock for taking care of us. You have got yourself a new customer.

I had an appointment for two days after I had called. They surprised me and were able to come out a day sooner. John was very polite and got straight to work. He gave me an update after he diagnosed it and told me his next steps. He worked for about two hours in the heat getting our AC up and running again. He was good at picking up after his work, and quick to get me cashed out. Service quality and pricing that matched the work will have me use them in the future for any of my needs.

Had my a/c go out last Friday. Was told by another it was the evap coil. Called Big Rock and they got me new one and installed today. The office staff are polite and keep you informed the whole way through the process. The tech David did an awsome job getting my air back the family is happy now. After calling a different company and paying $100 for a service call to take a look at a ringing noise coming from our furnace, we were told that our inducer motor and heat exchanger would need to be replaced, told we were leaking 9 parts per million CO2, and for the amount that they quoted us to fix those things, they were pushing us that it would make more sense to simply pay them to replace our entire system. A steal! :P We called Big Rock Service Company to get a second opinion- and they did not charge us to come take a look. John came by and was just an absolute gem- SHOWED us that we were not in fact leaking ANY CO2, and told us there was not a genuine reason to replace the inducer motor OR heat exchanger as of yet, let alone our entire system. We all had a laugh together about what that first company was trying to sell us. He didn't try to sell us a thing - Just asked us to please think of him when we did decide we needed some work done! After working with Big Rock Service Company my husband and I have hope again that there is some good, honest business left in Little Rock.
