Services were provided as apart of the state energy efficiency program. They neglected to inform me until day of that they were not performing all of the services previously discussed but assured me that they would be in contact to conclude the rest of the services within the month. It has been multiple months now, and they haven't responded to my text or contacted me to conclude the other services promised. Had I known they were not going to complete all of the services, I would have gone with another provider. The techs that came out were great, professional, and knowledgeable but the customer service has been subpar and disappointing. Would recommend going with a different provider of the energy efficiency service if you would like to take full advantage of the program and have your ac cleaned and inspected, and have a smart thermostat installed.

They do all this for free. Check for air leakage, ac/furnace tune up, duct cleaning, windows and door seal replacement. They got us down to almost no leakage and energy star house rating. They are also coming back to add insulation all free.

Contacted for free weatherization through Entergy program. Wow!!! House is from early 60's a leaked air like a sieve. Appt was for ~2 hours and they left after nearly 4. The reconnected 3 AC ducts, sealed around windows, doors, and under sinks. Very professional and respectable. Would highly recommend!!!

Did an Energy Audit. Very professional! They were on time, they texted to keep me up to date, when work was finished. I was very impressed. During the energy audit they educated us along the way and showed us pictures of issues in attic they would fix and in general was such good communicators and helpful. I was just very impressed with Levi and his partner doing the Energy Audit. They showed our energy rating before and after - was very impressed with the whole process!
