  • We had a new unit installed. 2 weeks ago paying 9400.00 for it first day of instal they didnt set up my Thermostat correctly. They did not add enough freion to the unit. Was having issues with it staying cold or getting to correct temp had to calibrate myself. Then they send a technician which called me at 7pm which I was scheduled for 5 after hrs but calls me tells me hes throwing up can he reschedule for next day I say thats fine. Next day shows up without the proper equipment to do the job is there for 2 hrs and says he thinks he fixes it. Then the Thermostat has went out 3 times so call them to fix that and they say they will have someone there after 5 I say ok they change my schedule to 8 pm call me at 8 and says hey the technician is 2 hrs out I said dont send him it will be after 10pm. The guy which is not his fault office didnt relay the message sends him he shows up at 10:15 wakes everyone in the house up nc we go to bed early bc we get up at 530am is there for a hr trying to fix things. I call and tell them I need to speak to management in the morning. I call again when they open they say the service manager david will not be in till 830am I said ok nothing by 10 am no phone call. I call back and they say he will call me back he is busy at the time. So I call the sales manager and explain my frustrations and he did not handle him self well at all told me I need to speak to office manager I have tried all morning and keep getting told he will call me rite back. I am so over this company they do not have it together.

  • Original post when the company was "Pearce": This company is very professional and reliable. I have used them for years for all my HVAC needs and would highly recommend them. Update 5 years later: I reduced their rating to 3 stars from 5. This company has been bought out by a larger company and is no longer the place it used to be. Their customer service is lacking and no longer local, they are not well organized often mixing up my addresses and services and generally treated my like a number rather than the valued customer I once was. I have switched to a different, truly local company.

  • Initially thought it was a good experience, liked the technician Alex, but customer svc is very poor. Less than 24h later I called with same issue of AC not cooling and they wanted to charge a 2nd service charge, after not having fixed same issue yesterday and also couldn't send technician out until following day in 100 degree weather. Totally unacceptable. Just payed $100 for nothing fixed. Wasted my time and prolonged my issue. Missing work, etc.. thanks

  • Installation failed inspection now they want me to take off more time from work so they can fix their own negligence. I’m home on saturdays. Shouldn’t be on the homeowner to accommodate poor installation practices on a $10,000 job. I already had to take off for them to fix a leak on their installation outside. Then they never showed for another appointment. Extremely frustrating.
