All American Heat and Air, Inc. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about All American Heat and Air, Inc.! They came out to my house on a Sunday of Labor Day weekend, when I was dealing with a very uncomfortable situation with my air conditioning. I already have a heat and air subscription with another company, but unfortunately, I could not get anyone to answer or come help me. From the moment I contacted All American Heat and Air, Inc., they treated me like I was a VIP customer. They made me feel like my situation was a top priority, even though it was a holiday weekend. My technician, Blaze, was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. I truly appreciated his willingness to come out on a Sunday during Labor Day weekend and get my AC situation taken care of. What impressed me most was that I wasn’t even an existing customer, yet they treated me with the same care and urgency that you would hope to receive from a company you’ve been doing business with for years. All American Heat and Air, Inc. went above and beyond when I needed help the most. I have used All American for service several times and have been very pleased. They sent Trent out Tuesday morning, one of my ac units wasn’t working. Found out my compressor was shot and I needed a whole new system, mine was over 20 years old and I knew it was almost dead. The owner, Justin, contacted me the same day and gave me a fair quote but would be next week to replace it. I told him I had family coming in town this weekend so he adjusted the schedule, had a crew at my house at 8:00 am Thursday and by 2:00 they were gone and I’ve got really cold air. I’m an older guy and have dealt with many contractors in my life. These guys are the best and I definitely recommend them to everyone!

When is the most best time for Air Conditioning to go out? NEVER!!! Since there are many competitors in the HVAC space, when it's 104 degrees with no cool place to hide, you have to make a decision FAST. Justin, All American H/A owner, is a no-nonsense, succinct and capable guy to trust with this (expensive proposition). Reasonable, eye to eye when speaking, and within minutes, Justin made his quote, which no one else beat. But the most impressive & incredibly valuable thing was, as a disabled person with 'round the clock issues, was the offer to bring over two window air conditioners to get us through until the unit ordered came in. Lord, have mercy!!! What a beautiful thing in the hottest month in Arkansas! Do it, call him. Be blessed, ya'll.

We had discovered our second floor AC wasn’t working when we came home last Monday. Call many places including our regular HVAC companies, but this was the only place willing to show up at night. The AC came back on after the bad capacitor was replaced.

Sadly, after troubleshooting, he did end up having to get up in the hot attic where he found two issues. He fixed them quickly and had our air unit cooling the upstairs in no time at all.
