• Very professional. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise! I will continue using them moving forward. UPDATE: Bradford Heating and Cooling just completed the second maintenance appointment. I continue to be impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Ken performed the maintenance, replaced the capacitor, and cleaned the unit all for just $350, though I do have a service contract with them for the maintenance and cleaning. The unit is running beautifully. 10/10 would recommend.

• We worked with Bradford Heating and Cooling to replace an original AC unit that had come with our house. Ken was more than patient and understanding and worked with us for a long time to help us get our desired financing for the unit. We are very grateful for all his help and the consistent communication throughout the whole process. He is especially knowledgeable about the different types of units and helped us choose a high quality unit for our home. We also appreciated that he also did not try to pressure us to get additional work done on our other unit, which was a theme with some other companies we tried to work with. He listened well to what we wanted. We were able to get our new unit very quickly and it is already projected to save us a lot of money on our upcoming electric bill. The team he chose that did the install, Pro Solutions, were very dedicated to getting it up and running. We also appreciate the warranties Ken offers on the parts and service, which gives us peace of mind about the continued functionality and performance of our unit. When you schedule their services, make sure you have a lot of time in your day available, as they do give about a 3 hour window on when they will arrive. This gives them flexibility with their clients which will be afforded to you as well when they arrive. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work and constumer service that Ken offers.
