I had a drain problem with my ac and another company came 3 times to define the problem and fix it, told me it was fixed each time (charged me a lot to clean the coils and change out the drainage lines) and still did not fix the issue. They wanted to come out a fourth time. Instead I called Burkhardt who was willing to assess the problem. They came out one day after calling them, knowing I had a maintenance membership with someone else. Scott was amazing. He walked me through his thought process, diagnosing the issue like a forensic specialist, and within 3 hours my unit was drip free! And pricing was incredibly fair! Needless to say I am using Burkhardt moving forward and want to give everyone out there notice that this company is a stand out. Thanks Scott and Burkhardt from saving me from a fourth visit from the other company, who by the way, told me I would probably need to purchase a new unit!

Mr. Bailey did I great job inspecting my system, showing me what was going wrong and causing mold growth in my room.
