• ​I can’t say enough good things about the team at Calverley Heating & Cooling—especially Dan, Josh (from Wolff Bros. Supply Inc... the distrubutor), and their tech Jim. My newly installed AC system had an irregular metallic clanking noise, they didn't just give up or push a quick fix (as everything checked out as normal, minus the noise); they stood by my side through the entire process. They went above and beyond by working directly with American Standard, and Wolff bros. Supply Inc. to diagnose the issue properly and get it fully resolved with a compressor replacement. Their dedication, clear communication, and commitment to standing behind their work/ product made all the difference, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing exceptional HVAC service!

• Update...... We had to have our water heater replaced last week and we called Calverly once again. The heater was over 13 years old, very small, and positioned in a very small closet behind our furnace. Mieke was our guy and was awesome! He found a replacement, and communicated the cost. Erica called to schedule the install and provided all the information about what to expect. Mieke and another guy showed up on time, completed the install, took the old water heater away and cleaned up after. Great company!!! In 2023 our heat went out at (obviously) a very cold day. Calverley was quick to respond, find the problem and get the part that needed to be replaced and they saved the day! So when the cold season started this year, there was no doubt I needed them to come out for some preventative maintenance to keep things healthy! Erica scheduled my maintenance and was very knowledgeable and courteous. The technician was on time, friendly, quick but thorough, and he got everything clean and working at its optimal performance. • This company is extremely unprofessional and horrible to work with. They sent out a guy name Will. When I was notified he would be contacting me I reached out to him, his response was "do not ever call me, this is for your management team to call" Which is really weird, because thats a terrible way to start a relationship. It was an emergency call, he said he wasnt going to be able to make it til midnight, called back 20 mins later and said "do you believe in god, well he answered your prayers I am on my way" this is after sitting in a house over 90 degrees with 4 children for over 12 hours. He was there for about 30 mins. I am not entirely sure what he did, but when he left nothing changed, nothing worked. He told me he would be back first thing in the morning and whatever he did would "get us through the night" the next day. We heard absolutely nothing. I waited til about 3 to call back (because he complained about me calling) just to find out he said he fixed everything and did all he had to do. If he did what needed too, my entire family wouldnt have been suffering in the heat exhaustion for a second day. He then called me, I asked him why he lied, hysterical he called me names, told me I didnt know what I was talking about and to go figure it out. I had to get someone else out to fix the problem. When I notified Calverly, they did not care at all, they did not believe me when I told them how he treated me and what he was saying. Ultimately, dont use this company, they dont care about their clients and they allow the most unprofessional people to come to your home. I wouldnt chose them if they were the last HVAC company around.

• Just had totally new furnace and A/C system install. It started with a service call on my existing 20 year old, leaky system. I requested and promptly received, what I like to call, good/better/best quotations for new system. Quotes were very detailed, and with absolutely no sales pressure, explained in detail. I went with a blended new system. A better furnace but standard outside A/C unit. I received several competitive quotes from other dealers but their quotes were take it or leave it type of quotes. No choices and very little explanation. Calverley called to schedule install. Their guys arrived right on time, were very professional, worked hard, put down dropcloths and really cleaned up after themselves. Two days later, we had completely new system installed and thoroughly tested. They even fired up the new furnace to make sure all was okay. I would unreservedly recommend Calverly for any HVAC needs.

• Unfortunately, my furnace went out. Fortunately, I had a very kind thorough professional from Calverley Heating and Cooling named Mieka. He explained everything on my level and made sure I understood what was happening with my furnace. A couple weeks later I had him out again because I heard a different sound from my furnace . He again did a great job. Even though the furnace was not making that noise any longer, he tried to see what that could have been and checked everything over good. I felt good and well taken care of. It's hard when your a female and you're out of your element you have to trust so you're dealing with. Calverly makes that easy. Never a problem and always outstanding service. 👏

He wasn't pushy salesman just generically pricing, and didn't try to upsell. • Spoke with Dan about my need for a new furnace and how it was rather urgent, me knowing it’s peak busy season I didn’t have my hopes up and was assuming I was going to live with space heaters for several days. He was able to get mine replaced at a great price point along with prompt speed this whole process was done within 24/48 hrs. On 12/18 Calverley sent their cavalry to provide me with a flawless install. The tech Rick made feel as if he had a doctorate in HVAC. • We have a yearly maintenance program with Calverly. They are great about letting us know when it is time for the Spring and Winter Servicing. We have 6 units and it takes them 2 days to be able to complete the servicing of them twice a year. They do an amazing job. Our technician Mitchell is always so professional and knowlegeable. This year we had to have a hot water tank replaced as an emergency service. I called in the afternoon, sent them photos of the issue and they were out the next morning to replace. Everyone from the Office Staff to to Service Crew is top notch!

• As I sit in a 72F house, I find myself incredibly thankful for the hard working team at Calverley. Friday evening our AC went out and they were able to send a HVAC tech out after hours to troubleshoot. They found that we needed a new coil unit, and that while they likely had the equipment, he wasn’t sure when they’d be able to schedule us for install. Fast forward to Monday morning and I receive a call before Calverley opens asking if it would be ok for them to come out and perform the install work that day. Having spent the weekend in an +80F house, we were overjoyed. The HVAC tech informed me they rescheduled a new construction job that they were supposed to work that day in order to perform our repair. Again, I can’t say enough about how courteous and professional everyone was. I will be using them for the foreseeable future.
