• During this summer heat, we were having issues with our A/C. We wanted a second opinion as the company we’ve been using seemed just slightly off. I called Canal Winchester Heating & Cooling at 7pm and they were able to send a tech out for a second opinion the next morning. Unfortunately, the company was able to fix it so we canceled our second opinion. The professionalism at Canal Winchester Heating & Cooling is fantastic and just based on the few minutes interaction with them I’ll be back.

• Called CW Heating and Co.oling and had a great experience and was able to get someone yo come out same day. I had Pooya who showed up and was super friendly and professional. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it no problem which ended up being a blow fuse and a bad contactor- 10/10. What ever youre paying him isnt enough. He was transparent with pricing and probably my only issue. Contactor + labor was 300. Diagnostics and what not was 99$. No problem there, but to charge 80$ for a fuse seemed a bit steep considering how cheap these things are. Overall, pleased with the service and would call again.

• Asked $2000 to replace the board, then sent him back by paying $100 diagnose fee . Then I called to certified handy HVAC guy he replaced $240 and works perfect. The 5star HVAC guy was asking $2000 and to change the whole system $11000-$25000 , which is legal robbing.

• Dallas was very personable. It was raining, so he put foot covers on before he entered my condo. Before he arrived, I received a text to let me know he was on his way. Good thing, because I was still asleep! He did his inspection and came back up to tell me what he found, and his recommendations. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE on his part. I feel he was honest in answering my questions. Before he left, he answered my questions about the history of Five Star and the additional services they offered. I was surprised at what other services they could provide. I feel very good about using Five Star, and I will continue to use them. I will also recommend them to others. PS: he was good to my dog, Missy! lol
