• We had an exceptional experience with Darren at Caribbean cooling and heating. We just moved into our new home and had him come out to service all three of our HVAC units. All three are older systems that needed some maintenance, and Darren was incredibly thorough and evaluating and servicing each one. He took the time to explain what they needed and help us get them into the best condition possible, with a hope of keeping them running reliably for several more years rather than immediately pushing us toward replacement. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He also offered us a great veteran discount, which was much appreciated. What really sit Darren apart, though, was his kindness. He noticed that we had just moved in and didn’t have our furniture yet – and actually offered to bring us an air mattress so we would have something to sleep on. That had nothing to do with HVAC service… it was simply one human being looking out for another. It’s rare to come across someone who combines excellent work with that level of genuine kindness and character. Darren has absolutely earned our trust, and Caribbean Cooling and Heating will be our go to company for all of our HVAC needs. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

• Caribbean Cooling & Heating acted quickly to help us troubleshoot a furnace issue that inconveniently began on a Sunday, with cold weather on the way in a few days. Darren was on site late that Sunday to investigate the problem and to come up with a plan that gave us options. We decided to first try a temporary fix, for which Darren returned on Monday. Once that did not work, and we realized late-Monday the only choice left was a complete replacement, he got an estimate to us that same night. By Tuesday, he was removing the old to make way for the new. By Wednesday, we were up and running! Darren's hustle, responsiveness, and work ethic gave us peace of mind that we were in good hands the whole time! We highly recommend Caribbean Cooling & Heating!
