Bobby was very quick and solved the problem as well as gave me a couple helpful suggestions on how to do some minimal home maintenance myself. Problem solved. He suggested an Airieus Air Scrubber as a possible Long Term solution to potential problems before they might happen. Sort of a prevent problem addition to our HVAC system. Very nice young man. Terrific service as always. We have been clients since 2017 and would never consider anyone other than Carolina Air. We purchased a new HVAC in 2017 and have a maintenance agreement with them. They are one of the rare businesses that are a pleasure to work with and cares about their clients.They respond quickly, arrive on time and their technicians are superb. Everyone of them are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Just can't say enough good about those guys, just the best. The maintenance agreement is gold and with seasonal and yearly check ups they have caught some small issues before they became large ones. They are just a great company in every aspect and we appreciate them so much for keeping us comfortable in our home.
