• Jerry Bunn Jr. came to do the regular six month preventive maintenance on our HVAC system on September 12, 2024. Everything checked out ok. Jerry was very courteous and he answered my questions so that I could understand the subject matter. He picked up after the job was finished and he left the area clean. A very nice youg man. Kenny Brantley and his helper did a professional job fixing our HVAC system that was shut down for two weeks. They were both knowledgeable about their job and courteous and friendly towards us. June 4, 2034. Javier Solis and Anthony replaced our drain pan on our HVAC unit in our attic and did a very thorough and professional job. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about there work. March 8, 2021. Javier Solis came today, September 15, 2021 to do our regular six month maintenance on our HVAC system. It was nice to see him again as we have gotten to know him and his work over the years that we’ve been using Carolina Comfort Air. He knows what he is doing and is a friendly person. He answers all of my questions to my satisfaction and that means a lot to me May 26, 2022 Kenny Brantley located a leak in our HVAC drain line in Knightdale, NC and repaired it within a hour of arriving on the job. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and courteous at all times. March 24, 2022, Jason Solosky came to our house for the regularly scheduled maintenance. He was on time and very polite and knowledgeable about the system. He explained some things that I was confused about and put my mind at ease. Now I understand how to operate our split heat pump system a lot better that I did before. I really appreciate his professionalism. October 7, 2026, Nathan Martinez came to perform our semi annual maintenance on our HVAC system and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It was a nice talking to him about the operation of our system.

• I called Carolina Comfort because of problems with my HVAC system. They dispatched Kevin Shortt to my home and sent text alerts about his arrival time. The alerts were a nice touch. Kevin was professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He thoughtfully listened to my description of the problems that I was having, and then went through a logical, systematic approach to resolve all of the issues. He patiently explained the problems, and what he did to correct them. My HVAC system is now working perfectly! Kevin is simply the best of the best, and Carolina Comfort is fortunate to have him on their team. I highly recommend Carolina Comfort. What a great company! Update 2/26/2023 This company never lets me down! I was without heat on a cold Sunday morning, I called to ask for a technician to come over to fix the problem. Even though they were extremely busy, they found time to send a technician to address the problem. It was Ramsey Haddad to the rescue! He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly analyzed and fixed the problem and we were able to enjoy a nice warm home again. Thank you Ramsey, and Carolina Comfort for all that you do for us! Update 10/6/2026 This company just never disappoints me, or lets me down. They are consistently the best contractor that I have ever used. Today, Martin Rosen came out for a biannual service call. He meticulously went through my HVAC System to make sure it was functioning correctly and patiently explained everything to me. He contacted me before coming, to alert me of his eta, and spent a fair amount of time at my house. I am so appreciative of the quality of the personnel that Carolina Comfort sends to my house. He took the time to explain what was going on with our A/C system in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working properly before he left. What stood out most was his customer service. Anthony was respectful, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were taken care of not just rushing through the job.
