• Carlton came to our rescue when our HVAC stopped working after a big storm! He was extremely prompt and got it back up and running within 30 minutes of making the phone call after service hours. He was polite and funny and we can't thank him enough!

• Our AC went out in our brand new home. The first tech that came out just put freon in the system. And then the AC went out again. This time during a heat advisory. Called and the service manager came out and put freon and dye in the system. Within 3 days. All freon had leaked out. We called and Carlton came out right away to check for the leak. Found it Within 10 minutes. Put in for what it needed. Part was 2 weeks out. I called the home builder and they got the part expedited. 4 days later Carlton showed up to intsall the new part. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Got the new part installed faster then he thought. Amd we were up amd running in no time. We were very satisfied with the service we received from Certified Heating and air, the service manager Josh and and the Tech that saved the day Carlton.

• They were a sub-contractor on our new house that installed the HVAC system. Today, just 2.5 years in the new home, our heat smells musty and the air conditioning leaks condensation inside the house and rusts the vents. They did not seal around the vents at installation. We now have to call for help to clean up the work. Techs came to house smelling of weed. It might not be a bad idea to invest in your own HVAC, plumbing, and electrical certifications so you know what you’re getting and how to evaluate it. They installed 3 exhaust fans incorrectly. They should be flush with ceiling. They are recessed 2-3 inches and drew insulation into the fans from attic. Sloppy caulk to fix but now extremely difficult to clean. See photo from manual for proper installation.

• We had our semiannual HVAC services performed today and it really was a great experience. Our technician was Carlton. He really is a professional and a true pleasure to welcome into our home. Carlton greeted us warmly and explained why he was here and what he was going to do. He is a fine young gentleman and was very respectful of my wife and myself. • We only worked with this HVAC company because they were the contractor covered under our builder’s warranty. After this experience, we will never use them again. We originally contacted them to address severe airflow issues in one bedroom. The room was freezing in the winter and unbearably hot in the summer. We had technicians come out twice, and both times we were told there was “nothing they could do.” Later, when we turned the heat back on for the season, the air in every room began to smell extremely musty and stale. A manager eventually came out and was able to fix the airflow issue in the guest room that multiple technicians had claimed wasn’t possible. However, he arrived three hours late and did not have time to address the musty air issue. He told us his team would follow up to schedule another visit. No one ever did. After waiting two weeks, I called them myself and was met with the same runaround: the person I spoke with needed to talk to another manager, there were no notes from the previous visit, and no one had any idea what had been done or promised. This has turned into an endless cycle of us calling, being told someone will follow up, and then never hearing back. Not only is the communication terrible, but the issues also remain unresolved. This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences we’ve ever had. Poor follow-through, inconsistent answers, and a complete lack of accountability. Worst company we’ve dealt with!

He started by asking about any concerns I had, then took the time to carefully look over every component of my HVAC system. What I really appreciated was how he explained everything. He broke down technical terms into simple, clear language so I could fully understand what was happening. Since I don’t go into the attic, I never really know what’s going on up there, but he made it easy to follow. He even discovered an issue that wasn’t related to my HVAC system and provided recommendations on how to remedy something I would have never known without his help. So I called pest control. I also want to thank Ashleigh,who always listens and takes my concerns seriously, and Laura, who is always patient when I call with questions or when I accidentally call their office. I usually speak with Hannah and she's always kind and make sure my concerns are taken care of. A task that seemed difficult for me to do was easy. Brandon stopped by for fall maintenance and took my concerns seriously when I told him about a noise. He confirmed that there were no issues. He also educated me on replacing the filter often so my HVAC doesn't work overtime. Great company.
