He provided a temporary solution, while we waited for the worn out blower motor to be purchased and replaced. Blake came to replace the part shortly afterwards. He is a wonderful, knowledgable, and patient technician - kudos to him for getting our system up and running again in no time! I recommend the company highly. We have a Trane system and had an unfortunate experience some years back, with a different company - we had a problem with a loose part that cost us a lot of money (several visits with different diagnoses, each costing an arm and a leg) and yet the system was barely 4 years old at the time. The last time their tech came out to help our old system along this is how things were left: compressor was bypassed on the first floor unit and 240v wires were left uncovered. See pictures.
