We bought a complete Trane system in 2016 (still on warranty). We had a code come up on our thermostat and so we called First Call. They said they still work on Trane. Tech came out, spent about 2hours doing whatever. At the end he said that it was probably the thermostat and they don't work on Trane equipment anymore. Shut the entire system down. Said " You have a fireplace for heat, but I could leave you a space heater if you want". Charged me over $200 and left.

My 1st appt was cancelled because the technician found problems that took much longer than expected but the dispatcher texted me to let me know and reschedule. Keenan texted me he was on the way, attaching a picture so I knew he was the real deal. He was quiet, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he found and gave me a detailed description in writing, with estimate for heat exchange replacement in addition to making an appt for a furnace replacement specialist to come at my convenience the same day. I could not have asked for a better experience. Keenan is a keeper!
