  • I would highly recommend Marcus Chapman who gave us an on time and knowledgeable appointment. He was thorough in taking pics in the attic and showing us our vent system and age of our Heat Pump System! He had great ideas for a problem in an extra bedroom. Then stayed to put in a New Google Nest digitally controlled Thermostat! He was very pleasant and affordable! We decided to make an annual appt for home with CHAPMAN QUALITY COMFORT! DEB & ED

  • Major storms this summer filters and water drainage caused water shutdown value to stop in time. Was able to wet vac pan and basics but the fuse in the unit was the issue that Chapman’s found in less than an hour. Tito was the very professional Tech onsite. Good experience in still a very hot summer.

  • Another company tried to charge us over $3900 to fix a leak in our air handler and they took almost a week to come look at it.We called Chapmans for a second opinion . They were out the next day. Marcus found the problem very quickly and got it repaired in no time. The price was fantastic. Nowhere near the other companies quote.
