• The team over at Cool Days A/C deserves more than 5 stars! I had a mini split a/c unit in my Arizona room that went out. I called two large companies in the Valley and they both told me everything had to be replaced, a $12,000-$15,000 expense! I did some research and found Cool Days A/C who are Mitsubishi certified techs and know split ac units well. The other companies maybe spent 30 min on the roof looking at the unit. The Cool Days team was up there for almost two hours troubleshooting. They found the issue, took time to call the manufacter and discovered the part that needed to be replace was under warranty! What I thought was going to be a huge financial strain turned into a $300 fix because Cool Days A/C took the time to care and treat our family right. Highly recommend and will be using them for everything moving forward. Thank you!!

• We had the AC go out in our home on a Sunday evening in the middle of the summer. We called Cool Days the next morning and they were able to get Dan out that same morning. I was expecting the entire AC would need to be replaced due to its age but Dan quickly identified the issue and repaired it. We were worried about the state the other units were in too so he also looked at the other units during that visit and was able to identify one other issue that would have likely cost 10 times more to repair if Dan had not caught it when he did. I was very impressed and grateful that in the middle of the summer they were able to get someone out so quickly and that he was able to get us cooling off after minutes and also was willing to take some time to look at the other units. Their service was absolutely beyond premium but their pricing was very affordable. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in the work and making sure their customers are taken care of. It will give me and my wife alot of ease of mind knowing that the units won’t let us down any time soon.

• We purchased a new AC unit from this company 20 years ago and they have provided all the service on the unit since then. They are a small family run operation and I cannot recommend them highly enough. When other companies were quoting thousands to do a repair, their price was under $300. They worked with me to resolve an obscure short-cycling event that would randomly cause my A/C to stop blowing cold air. • When Meadow Heating & Air quoted me over $1800 to fix a leak and install a Common wire, I decided to get a second opinion (They also told me that my practically brand new unit needed to be replaced already). My wife Margo & I just had a wonderful experience with Dan & Jonathan (The Martin Bros :) @ Cool Days A/C with a brand new Mitsubishi Mini-Split system that they installed in our Arizona Room in Mesa. Beginning with their initial visit to our home for an introduction/inspection, thorough walk-through & then careful, easy-to-understand explanation of the process, along with their very reasonable estimate for the 1/2 day job that it took, it all turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Dan & Jonathon took care to treat our home during installation as if it was their home. Once the job was completed, they took the time to explain how to operate the Mitsubishi Mini-Split System no matter 'whether' heating the room now in our winter months, or when those 100°+ days come around before we know it & need a cool, comfortable room . Now we can use our Arizona Room, in comfort, year round. Well done, Men!
