• We got a new HVAC unit and added a return in a bedroom. There are many amazing qualities to the cooper climate. However, one thing I appreciate the most is expertise. I have gotten 5 different quotes and they were all quite compelling and detailed. However, there was a notable gap in expertise. Kendall was onsite to estimate. He first concluded my one unit is working just fine and only needed a minor tweak. Then, he proceeded to actually understand the air flow of the house instead of pushing a bigger and expensive unit. As a matter of fact, he mentioned it is much more important to getting the airflow right than getting a bigger unit. Even though I had two brand-new air conditioners installed just a couple of years ago, those rooms were still much too warm. Kendall Cooper, Owner, came out personally and inspected the ductwork, made smart improvements by adding extra supply air ducts, warm air returns, and 19” of additional insulation.
