My entire HVAC was installed by Rusty Farrell who also added vent work to improve the overall efficiency. Ferrell inspects and maintains our rental and home annually. Both my wife and I were thoroughly happy with the service from Ferrill Air....Rusty arrived when he said he would and is thorough in his diagnostic abilities to get to the problem. He repaired the issue, explained what it was he did and answers any and all questions (patiently, I might add) we have. I am now retired and after being in business for many years I really appreciate and respect how Rusty runs his business ---insuring that the customer is fully satisfied with a very fair price. My service was prompt and with good communication. Jake was a really nice, professional & competent repair person. I definitely recommend them to others. This is the 2nd time i have used their service. 2 years ago they also serviced my ac/heater. Today 8/31/26 Ferrell Air responded to an emergency service call, because the AC was not getting cold. Francisco found the problem and had the part on his truck and fixed the problem. AC is working great again.

Excellent company. Ferrell Air installed my HVAC unit 8 years ago. They perform the annual maintenance and keep it in tip top condition. If any additional repairs are needed beyond maintenance, they explain what’s required and provide a quote before performing the repair.

Kyle is the best air conditioner guy I’ve had and his prices were reasonable!! He explains everything so that it is understandable and he is correct. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had people who were knowledgeable and friendly but they also ripped me off. So Kyle is the best in all areas. People are deceived by his age, to bad for them!!! He is also available and has others to help him achieve the best results.

This company was recommended by my electrician with Freeborn Electric after my old AC company did a substandard job of installing a new unit. He told me I would be in good hands since he knows Rusty. The Ferrel technicians came out and found three discrepancies in the install, one being major in my opinion. The administrative department is very professional and precise. When the technicians returned to do the work they were tireless in their determination to finish the job which included hours of grueling attic work in record high temperatures. Rusty was the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest professional. He showed up and greeted with a handshake and used his vast 30 years of experience in Heating and Cooling to give our failing unit a last leg of life. Where other companies had failed he succeeded. This is my 3rd time working with Ferrell Air! They have come to my rescue DAY of multiple times when my AC has gone out.
