I had a water softener installed. The work was ok, but we had brown water for several days after. Another thing was I was not issued a receipt, either on paper or electronically, which I am sure they will send once I request it.

I called and was impressed to learn that a technician was in the area. When he showed up and did the inspection, he provided an estimate and then a price much higher than what he quoted when he was done. After having another technician come out, the price was over double what a fair price would have cost me with them. I am discouraged that a single mother would have been taken advantage of in this way and would not recommend this company to my friends or family.

Experienced a leaking water heater early on a Monday morning and submitted a service request via Thumbtack. Ellsworth Air & Plumbing was the first company to reply, within 10mins of service submission! Colton was professional and courteous, expressed concern with my issue and scheduled same day appointment. Arrived at the scheduled time,quoted 12-3, arrived at 12:30. Colton was friendly and helpful with explaining my options and best next steps. Exceptional experience, very pleased and their price was competitive.
