Hugo came out for an emergency pan leak, he helped trouble shoot the issue and provide different options for a solution. I was very appreciative they came out immediately after hours to stop the leak.

I called for help on a Saturday and expected to have to wait until Monday for a technician. To my surprise, as a new customer, I received same-day service. The technician arrived promptly and got right to work. He explained everything throughout the process and left the work area clean, so I didn't have anything to clean up afterword. The pricing was fair and in line with industry standards. Along with a friendly attitude, he also shared some helpful money-saving tips and tricks that got my system back up and running. There is still some preventive work that will need to be done to avoid future issues, but for now, I can stay cool this summer. Thanks again for the excellent service!

This company is phenomenally good. Been using them for years and every experience has been terrific. Today a clogged condensation drain caused the air conditioner to shut down. I called Jojo at 4:00 this afternoon And she found somebody to fix the problem tonight, which is critical for us. She didn’t find just anybody, she had Derek come out. We’ve had him out before. He’s fantastic and he did a great job tonight. He knows what he’s doing, just like all their technicians, and he put things right in a hurry. It’s difficult to find companies that you can depend on, but Efficiency Mechanical is the real deal.

Highly recommend Efficiency Mechanical! I’ve been working with them for years and have always had a great experience. From start to finish, everyone I’ve worked with has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Their pricing is affordable, they’re extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find a company that’s both knowledgeable and has such great customer service, but Efficiency Mechanical has always been that for me. Definitely recommend them!

Terrible experience with Efficiency Mechanical. I scheduled an emergency service call with a promised arrival window between 10pm and midnight. They simply never showed up. I stayed awake waiting well past midnight because this was an emergency call. I contacted their answering service multiple times, and the woman answering was unable to reach either the technician who was supposed to come out or a supervisor. No call, no text, no update, no explanation. Just a complete no-show. If you offer emergency after-hours service, people are relying on you during situations where they may not have another option. Leaving a customer waiting all night without even communicating that nobody is coming is completely unacceptable. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not rely on Efficiency Mechanical for emergency service.
