• We had a chance to work with Simon from CJ heating. He was fantastic and knowledgeable. We had an incident in the house when we smell something like a burning paper and he came in the next day to check what happened to our furnace. The only thing I wish they did was to send him sooner (like the same day we called) in case it was something urgent. But other than that, he had a chance to explain to us how the furnace works, do his due diligence to see what went wrong and gave us advice on how much we should really change our filter. He is very passionate about this work and that gave us so much reassurance as first time home owners.

• Cj heating installed a whole house hvac system in a house a family member just bought the house is a few years old the ac has been freezing up and leaking into the furnace i am a hvac service tech myself and went to diagnose their problem there is an air flow problem with the system . I checked all model numbers for system and found cj heating had installed too big of an ac for the furnace they put in which only puts out 1400 cfm on the fan the ac requires 1800 cfm this is causing the ac to freeze And they cant run their ac anywhere cold enough I called the owner of cj and he was rude told me it worked fine and to look for a dirty filter lol. and something about a supply change problems at the time this system needs to pulled out and changed in a couple year old house the sizing is not inline with what the manufacturer says. For this furnace should be maximum a 4 ton ac. They put a 5 ton on it Very un professional company rude owner that does not stand behind his work and cant size a system properly this will be $10,000 Repair thanks to his incompetence Stay away from cj heating

• Not sure about the service they do, but they certainly don't know traffic laws. I.e: stopping in an intersection and now allowing the flow of traffic. Seriously , If you are going to have your name on vehicles at least follow the basic rules of the road.

• CJ heating was the installer who our developer used for the heating system on our home and we had some warranty work done on our Carrier furnace a few years ago. Wes and Andrew helped with that and we’ve had no issues since then so we decided to go with CJ again on an AC system as Chuck was competitive with his pricing. Brent and Neil finished the instal on May 26 and we are glad on our decision to go with them. All were pleasant to deal with as they were punctual, efficient, did professional work and our family is happy staying cool this summer! Honeywell T6 thermostat is great to connect to our wifi and cool down our home before we get home when we are out. Wouldn’t hesitate to go with CJ again if we need help in the future.

• Chuck is extremely rude. I made multiple calls and sent multiple emails and finally after saying I'd put a review on Google did he call back. I simply wanted an explanation as to how to repair an issue. He was extremely rude while I remained patient to the point where he hung the phone up on me. If this is how he treats someone who paid good money to install a complete townhome complex, I'd be wary dealing with him for smaller jobs.

• This company was referred by a friend who had his AC installed by them. Called two weeks before I was to move in to my new place for an AC quote. • More than happy with price and installation of a new furnace. We thought the first quote we got was excessive. We were right. Through CJ the cost of the repair dropped from $2500 to $1700. Given the furnace was out of warranty we decided to go replace the whole unit. The price to replace with same high efficiency furnace was $1400 less than the original quote. On top of that the service from these guys was great, fast and 100%.

• So I'm not the only one that has had poor work done by this company. They also installed a gas patio heater in my new townhouse unit, but did so incorrectly (not according to the manufacturer's specifications) and will not correct the installation. Three other independent companies confirmed it was not installed correctly, the manufacturer confirmed it was not installed correctly (and provided specific instructions how to install them), and the BC Safety Authority also confirmed it was not installed correctly. Despite all that, CJ Heating refuses to reinstall it correctly and are in the process of removing it. Like the other reviewer, I'm out a functioning patio heater - that I paid for!!!

• They installed a Patio Heater in our townhouse complex that wasn't installed to the manufacturers' specification for clearance from combustible and it failed the BC Safety Authority Inspection. Neither they or the developer(Zenterra) or the builder(Kooney Homes) is taking any responsibility and we are left with a unit with no patio heater and no compensation. The Patio heater is currently there but we can't use and they are removing it without compensation. So did they perform a bad installation or were they instructed by the developer/builder to cut costs by not installing correctly? I wish I knew the answer but all I know is that i am out a patio heater.
