• It was time to replace my aging HVAC system with a new Bryant cold climate heat pump. As the heart of the system was located in the attic this would be an extremely invasive process requiring de-installation through a 30×30 attic hatch located in the primary bedroom closet. I contracted with Climate Pros of Northern Nevada to get the job done. I could not be happier with the outcome. They quickly replaced my old HVAC system with the new equipment without a single scratch or chip in the drywall. They left the home interior spotless upon completion and took the extra time to properly commission the new system and insure that everything was functioning correctly. My thanks to Richard, Dave and Mike for the great job to make this project successful. This dual-fuel heat pump system is fantastic. It is as quiet as a ducted HVAC system can be both indoors and out. I definitely recommend the good folks at Climate Pros for any residential HVAC work. They did a great job for me.

• I honestly cannot say enough good things about Climate Pros. I am incredibly grateful that they stepped into my situation and helped me when I was at one of the most frustrating and stressful points I’ve experienced as a homeowner. For almost two summers, I essentially did not have a properly functioning AC. I initially tried to take the “cheaper” route and hired a contractor, and unfortunately, that decision ended up costing me thousands of dollars and putting my family in a situation that could have been extremely dangerous. If I could give anyone one piece of advice from my experience, it would be this: don’t make the mistake I did. Learn from my experience and hire these professionals from the beginning. From the moment Climate Pros came in, I could immediately tell the difference. They genuinely cared about helping me. I was already overwhelmed, frustrated, and honestly pretty devastated by everything that had happened, and they never made me feel like I was just another job. They took the time to listen to me, explain what was happening, answer all of my questions, and reassure me throughout the entire process. Ultimately, I needed a completely new AC system, which is obviously not the expense anyone wants to take on. But Climate Pros made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable. Their team was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They got everything done quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and even vacuumed when they were finished. They also went above and beyond to accommodate what I wanted. My original AC unit was positioned in my backyard where I had all of my patio furniture, so I asked if there was any possibility of relocating the new unit to the side of my home. They were able to work with me and make that happen. That level of attention to what I wanted, rather than simply doing the job and leaving, meant so much to me. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Rich. He was absolutely incredible. I genuinely could not be more grateful that he was the person who came into my life during such a difficult situation. He answered every question I had, was there when I needed reassurance, and showed so much genuine compassion throughout the entire process. You can tell that Rich truly cares about people and genuinely wants to help and that kind of care is rare. Replacing an entire AC system is not something anyone looks forward to spending money on. But having a team that you can trust, who takes the time to educate you, guide you, and make sure you feel confident in your decision makes all the difference. Climate Pros will be my go-to HVAC company from here on out. I am beyond grateful for the entire team and the way they treated me, my home, and my situation. Thank you, Climate Pros, for giving my family our comfort and peace of mind back. I will absolutely recommend you to everyone I know. 10/10 experience.
