• Saturday morning of the Memorial Day weekend we had a plumbing problem. The sewer line was clogged and water was backing up ... Nasty! I called Primo Plumbing and they had a plumber at my home in about 90 minutes. He put a long snake down the line and got rid of the clog. Sunday morning the same thing happened again. I called Primo Plumbing and a plumber was at the house within one hour. He used the snake again and this time cleared it well. We checked the sewer flow and it is draining well. The response on a weekend is one thing but to have that quick a response on a holiday weekend is superb. I commend them greatly. September 2026, We use Comfort Air/Primo plumbing at 3 locations. 2 are residential and 1 is commercial. 2 days ago we had problems at all 3 locations. We called Comfort air/Primo plumbing and they have already repaired 2 of the locations. The 3rd location is needing a new A/C unit. They are preparing the estimate for us. We trust them so much that we are not even pricing the new A/C elsewhere. They really know how to take care of their customers.

• I always use Primo Plumbing for my businesses plumbing but i dont know anymore. Before they would send out the estimate/quote for jobs that i needed to get done but now they take forever to send the estimates and when i call they always say "let me transfer you to Austin he is the one doing the estimates" but he takes forever to send me the estimate for the job. It has been at least a week, and im still waiting for the estimate. I dont know what changed, but it is ridiculous that we have to wait so long for a job estimate. Communication is bad, he does not even return phone calls. He can at least let me know that he is still working on our quote or something. I bet if i call George plumbing or will fix it or shafers plumbing i will get the estimate quicker.

• I want to add something about the plumbing work that I had done at my house within the last 4 months. I had 2 outdoor leaks and one PRV replacement. Phillip and Cole were the duo that worked on all 3 of my repairs/jobs. They both are very polite and approachable. They did excellent work and explained and showed me what they have done throughout the stages of their work. They also answered any questions that I had without hesitations as well as gave me advise. I will ask for the Dynamic Duo next time I need plumbing maintenance/service done at my house.

• My folks recently had an air conditioning problem. We have used Comfort Air Engineering and Primo Plumbing for all of their and our maintenance needs. They sent a technician out the same day I called. (My folks are 90 and 88, so them being in a 90 degree house is not good for their health). They worked to help us get everything fixed. I had to have an electrician come out as there was an electrical issue. Cody took pictures of the electrical box which I forwarded to the electrician. It made everything easier for the electrician to get his part done. Then Comfort Air came back out and finished the repairs on the unit. Their service was exceptional. Every technician has always been professional and goes above and beyond. I am so glad we use them for air conditioning and plumbing issues. They are the best.
