Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical sent their technician (JJ G) out to my house for an emergency repair of my backup generator. JJ was absolutely AWESOME in every regard. He was friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. He also took the time to point out several issues that I should check to alleviate future problems. I will definitely ask for him by name again whenever I call Comfort Heating & Cooling in the future.

Reno did a fabulous job cleaning the ducts after our home was remodeled. His work was so outstanding today that I would give him a 10 if I could. He also went above and beyond in cleaning up afterward. We will be switching to Comfort because of his excellent service after our contract with another company expires.

Stefan was very knowledgeable and explained all the services offered by Comfort HVA, in addition to providing the needed maintenance. He sold us on an annual checkup that is done by the company which seemed like a good idea. We are going to try it for a year and see how we like it.

Comfort’s electrician Conrad was able to find a solution to install an outlet for a bidet in our bathroom that didn’t take out two hallway light switches. He was able to do the work immediately and did a great job! He also recommended a dry wall person to patch the wall.
