• Do not go with Advanced Mechanical Systems. They installed a brand new system on our brand new house 3 years ago. Our system now has a leak because of faulty install and now they are saying they only honor a 1-year warranty. That is the worst warranty in the Spokane / North Idaho area. The repair is now costing me $2,000-$3,000 and they won’t take any ownership or help at all. Worst service + worst quality in town.

• Highly recommend for air conditioning in Spokane! They did what three other HVAC businesses told me couldn’t be done: get ductwork and central air and heat into my older home. Everyone else told me ductless minisplits were the way to go. Just one problem: they’re ugly. I want vents and ductwork. The team at Advanced Mechanical engineered a custom design to meet my goals and picky preferences, and then executed their design on time with great results. The team was friendly and knowledgeable — most importantly, I have air conditioning without ugly wall mounts!

After multiple requests they scheduled a guy who specializes in repairing hvac units, and he diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. • 10/10 I called 3 companies to get a estimate to have my furnace repaired. 2 of the companies told me it was the heater blower motor. Advanced Mechanical systems did there own diag and instead of being pressured to purchase a new system they fixed it for less than 600 dollars. If your on a budget it would be smart to call this company up. I am so very glad I did. It turned out it was a different issue not the heater blower. 10 out of 10 stars.

• Zach was my technician they sent out! FANTASTIC!!! He was friendly, informative, and thorough. He had my furnace fixed in 20 min then took a bit more time to ensure others parts were in good working condition. He explained everything he was doing while he did it. He also was amazing with my dog, Athena. She is a rescue and skittish and he visited with her and ensured her it was okay and by the end she was trying to lick his face! Best experience ever.
