What an amazing experience all around. From the consultation to the set up. Exceptional. I have already reached out to our new neighbors looking for a brand new system. Ray did an absolutely fantastic job not only giving our furnace a quick tuneup, but also helping unclog part of the system that was blocked. These guys are the best! After having to come here a couple of times for AC issues, we finally decided we needed to replace the furnace and air conditioner. Shawna, Ray, Jacob, Jack and Victor were all incredibly kind and professional! They even brought a portable air conditioner to keep my house cool while they got their work done today. Michael and Treasure, I also appreciate you two very much! When I had the emergency and the phone service just wasn’t working out, the way you jumped into action to get somebody here was amazing! Really appreciate the service provided by Ray Terrill today! It's never a good time for your A/C to go out, but Ray made the whole experience as painless as possible. When our AC suddenly stopped working one morning last week, I called Cline's and they sent Kenny out right away. He was friendly, informative, and did a great job! He needed to pick up an additional part for our system and was only gone for a short while but was able to come up with a temporary fix so we could enjoy cool air again right away! We are planning to schedule all of our future HVAC maintenance through Cline's and would definitely recommend them to others.

Had an amazing experience with Cline a few weekends ago and now they are our new forever HVAC team. Our AC broke down on a Saturday and their technician Steven was out to help us ASAP. He quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and the house was cool again quickly. Their prices are fair and reasonable, especially for weekend service call. We even signed up for the reoccurring service, which is the best deal I've seen locally. Can't recommend this team enough. Thank you for taking care of us!
