• I rarely leave reviews but this company was exceptional. I had an older furnace and I had called multiple companies to repair it. Each one wouldn't even attempt to repair it and would only give me a quote for a full replacement plus kept trying to upsell me on new AC because it was older with high pressure sales. They came out and not only did he not pressure me into New AC, but he fot the heater working! The office is really friendly and I got in and got my issue resolved by the way and the price was great! They even understood things on my system nobody else could figure out. Small edit. Just had them come to a property that I'm flipping since heater wasn't working. My 81 year old father was in town and helping. He was a general contractor his whole life and said about Randy "you couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable or intelligent guy, He was explaining everything to the kid (his apprentice) and I was trying to suck it all in!" He also helped me save ALOT of money. Will never go elsewhere. This is a company that truly cares for their clients. I raved about them to Randy (different Randy that operates phones) and she gave me their backstory as a company. They formed the business to care for clients and not just push sales, have known each other for years and hand-picked the best service techs they could find.

• We had an unbelievably positive experience with Tom and his associates. First we interviewed and received quotes from the top 5 HVAC firms in the Spokane area. Then we interviewed and received a quote from Tom and Comfortable Solutions. Adding a second heating/cooling zone to a large home is not a small job, nor is it inexpensive. Tom’s price was less than the other 5 vendors. But that didn’t matter to us. What mattered was the impression we got after discussing the project with Tom. Our confidence was totally justified. He and his workers were always on time, incredibly friendly, and very attentive to detail. When they left you couldn’t even tell they had been there - that’s how clean they left it. Finally, the products they installed were the right ones, the right size and have worked perfectly since being installed. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

• Tom and his crew completed a min split install at my lake cabin last year. They were timely, informative and provided a spot on quality job. The office staff/manager was highly professional while getting this job scheduled and very helpful navigating through warrantee paperwork processing etc. The mini split got me through winter projects at the lake cozy and warm and now is keeping me comfortably cool during this heat wave. She assured me that Tom would fit me in this evening and come take a look at it. • I use Comfortable Solutions for my air-conditioning and heating system needs. I have opted into their maintenance program, paying once a year for them to come out twice a year and check on my systems. Air conditioning for summer and heating for winter. Also included is switching out filters. Randi, the girl who does all the scheduling is pretty awesome, very sweet and responsive. Tom the owner is a very nice guy, and their service techs are professional and have the knowledge that's needed in this industry. I support this small family owned business 100%.

• We had another huge local company out and the tech spent 3 hours diagnosing what they thought was the problem, quoted another $700 to come out and do more diagnosing and then figure out if we needed to replace our 6 year old system - which they neglected to tell us we had warranty on still. Felt off about the whole thing. Initially when I called I was introduced to this very nice and caring person over the phone referred to as girl Randi, and she was able to send a good couple of gentlemen out to service my furnace incredibly fast! The two techs that showed up were boy Randy and Brian. These two were incredible to say the least! Randy is a very knowledgeable and thorough senior tech, and Brian is a fast acting tech that was able to bounce off what Randy was saying about what was going on. • We bought a house that had some preexisting furnace issues. The company that had been servicing it was a large HVAC company who kept trying to fix it, said it was, but then stopped working.
