• We are doing a major home remodel during the hottest time of the year! -- The technicians with Accuflo have been amazing and responsive. The manager of the service department gave me her personal cell number and told me to call (over the weekend) if we experienced any interruptions in service. • We used Accuflow on the recommendation of a family friend- after getting a few competitive bids for a 5-head mini-split install, Accuflow was not only the most competitively priced, but offered the most complete scope and best warranty. When it came to install, their guys went above & beyond- they removed and replaced siding and ensured that almost all of our interior line sets were concealed in existing dead spaces, and the exterior line sets and condenser were discreetly placed... additionally, they were extremely responsive in helping us understand the new system and ironing a few kinks after startup. Please consider using them, they are one of the few remaining local HVAC outfits that have not been bought out by a larger company, and it shows.

• Last fall the bedroom unit of our mini-split system set off a smoke alarm. The company that installed the system said they had to replace all the units(3) for over $11,000 because they couldn't get parts. We called Accuflo and they sent a very competent technician who found the leak and searched far and wide for a replacement part. • We called Accuflo based on a referral and we did not have a good experience. We tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Their tech, Thomas, came out to fix our mini split. He informed us that he would need to come back the next week after doing some research on the problem. He never came back out. In fact, every time we called the office, he was always in an “area with no service.” We left messages with the office, and were told the tech would call us back. As more weeks passed with no return phone call or always being told their tech was in a place with no service, we moved on to another local hvac company. Just for reference, it has now been three months with not a single return phone call. Clearly, Accuflo never intended to get back to us or are simply too mismanaged. Don’t waste your time or money.
