I had two gentlemen show up on time. One serviced furnace while the other serviced the air conditioner. Shoe covers warn inside. Felt person inside did extra cleaning steps that I have not experienced in other company services.

Had my heat pump and furnace unit maintenance done by Blue Flame recently. They did the install in 2016 and did a great job, so we had them back 8 years later to perform some maintenance. The crew showed up on time and answered all my questions. They were professional and thorough. I heartily recommend Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning for heat pump systems.

They have a new ad stating payments as low as $68 a month so I call and ask what does that get you..the gal on the phone said the ad was valad but they need to come out to mesaure etc in order to give a accurate bid. I told her I had 4 company's come out and bid and I have done a lot of research and know exactly what I need I repeated what does the $68 get me. She gave me to another person who again told me they need to set up an appointment. I again asked what the $68 a month gets me. She would not answer the question...Hummm...false advertising???? The question is pretty simple.... lol. To the businesses response. This was you, this was from seven years ago.

We had Blue Flame come by to check and do a maintenance service on two commercial HVAC systems. Rick was very detailed and he found a few items to make our system more efficient and replaced a few small parts. I would use Blue Flame again!

When my furnace broke in January, a neighbor recommended Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning. Blue Flame came out and diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and explained the options in detail. I chose to install a new furnace and thermostat. Rick and Kindy were professional throughout the entire installation. They brought in a qualified team to complete the project quickly. They did everything humanly possible to provide heat for my home! They were very fair on the pricing. I am so grateful for their help! Now I will be the one recommending this company.

Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace, water heater tank and did a bunch of customized gas pipe work in my house and they did an amazing job! Rick and Kindy are the owners and they were very personable and hands-on with me. They walked me through the process and educated me whenever I had questions, which was nice to have since I was a new home owner with a big/overwhelming project. The crew was also very professional and respectful which is a testament to the culture of the company. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the company and I will be going back to them for future projects.
