• Donovan, a salesperson with Comfort Solutions, out of Osseo, MN responded to an inquiry I had about an issue with my Trane air conditioner. I had Genz Ryan come out to do a tune up and was told my compressor was bad and my gas regulator was leaking. The cost for them to replace the gas regulator was $600 and the compressor was estimated to be $4000 to $5000. The technician recommended replacement for the AC. I told him I had the repair plan with CenterPoint Energy, so I would have them evaluate my AC. CenterPoint Energy came out and told me the gas regulator was not leaking, however the AC compressor was bad and their repair plan did not cover the replacement of the compressor. The technician immediately connected me to a sales person to assist me with purchasing a new AC unit. I reached out directly to Trane, the manufacturer of my AC unit, because it may have been under warranty. Donovan with Comfort Solutions took interest in my AC compressor issue because he stated it's unusual for the compressor to go out on a unit that was barely ten years old. I told Donovan this is my second Trane AC and I couldn't believe the compressor was bad. Donovan scheduled a technician from Comfort Solutions to come and evaluate my AC. The technician was great with his assessment and found the capacitor was bad and the compressor was functioning well. It has been over a month and my Trane AC is functioning very well. I thank God for Donovan receiving my request for assistance and sending a Trane technician to repair my AC. I had already started speaking to sales people to purchase a new AC which would have been $5k+. I recommend Comfort Solutions for any HVAC repairs and needs. I will avoid using technicians that receive a commission from the sale of new equipment. I will continue to use Comfort Solutions for my AC assessments. Thanks so much. Monica of Burnsville

From the initial conversation with office personnel, to Brian who walked us through multiple options on site, to Brandon and Bob who installed both a furnace and an AC unit, to meticulous cleanup, all were very professionally done. • Comfort Solutions was a fantastic company to work with. We kept having a furnace failure and worked with a certain utility company of which we had a service plan with, two times in 3 weeks they were out and misdiagnosed the problem. We called comfort solutions for a maintenance appt and they were out the next day for what turned into a service appointment after the furnace was out again, not even 24 hrs later from our “service call” from the utility company visit. Right away they told us the problem which was a bad heat exchanger. They gave us a honest opinion, which was replace the 20 yr furnace vs repair. They had a sales guys out that same day with quotes and a new furnace installed within 24 hrs. From Mason the service tech, to Brian the salesman, and, I believe, Brandon the installer we were taken care of. It was a genuine caring group of employees where you felt like you were family and taken care of by each of our point of contacts. We noticed an immediate difference with our new Trane unit in the even temperature throughout the house and damper adjustments they made. Highly recommend this group. You will go to bed knowing you are taken care of after calling Comfort solutions.

• My furnace was making some horrible noises. I saw these guys had high regard, so I gave them a call. They were able to come out right away. Mason took a look at my furnace, was able to diagnose immediately, got the part ordered. The supplier gave him the wrong part, and he was able to track down the correct one -- impressive on it's own since OEM was obsolete and he had to find an aftermarket replacement. He picked up the slack left by the vendor, found and installed the part within a couple hours and didn't charge me for the time he had to spend running around getting the replacement motor. He saved me thousands when other companies would have pressured me to get a new system, and saved me a weekend freezing my hinder off huddled around a space heater. • Great people to work with. Had them come out and switch our furnace from Propane to Natural gas, they came prepared with the right parts and finished very quickly. • Extremely professional and courteous. The install team took waaay less time than expected for removal of my old furnace, A-coil, and A/C, and installation of the new system. Including revamping and reworking some duct work and electrical. I'm EXTREMELY happy with the system, the business leading up to it, the installers, and the follow up of everything that was done. They left the areas they worked cleaner than when they started. They answered any questions I had, and provided information on how to seasonally maintain and clean the equipment.
