We originally had our air conditioner serviced around June 2026 (About 2-3 months ago) by a man from Comfort systems. We had a good experience, he fixed the AC, or so we thought. Fast forward a couple months and it stopped working. We called to have them come out again. We were told they would call us back when someone was available. We called to check on how much longer after hours had passed and they didnt know anything. Fast forward FOUR HOURS LATER after us sitting in sweltering heat waiting for them, we get a msg from them saying they dont work on mobile homes and apparently they told us this last time. First of all we are in a MANUFACTURED HOME ON A PERMANENT FOUNDATION not a "mobile home" and second of all, they literally came and fixed it about 3 months ago, and no they never informed us at any time they couldn't work on our home. Also they should have informed us of this right away, not FOUR HOURS LATER. Anyways, we found a much better service to help us and we will be sure to never use Comfort Systems again, and make sure we tell everyone we know not to waste their time with them.

I had the plumbing team come out to look at my outdoor faucet. Said it was a loose screw? Next day it did it again. I asked if they were going to charge the diagnostic fee again from the day before and they said no we’ll just charge cost. Well cost was $300 dollars plus the diagnostic fee of $110 dollars the day before, total being $410. Looking at the receipt they just put in whatever they want. They lied and charged me $400 for a water outlet that was suppose to be $300 according to the tech the day before. So whatever they say is not true they will get their full amount no matter how they try to sugar coat it. I’ve been using them for over 12 years and to treat an existing customer this way is highway robbery. Will never use again.

Our AC went out late on a Thursday July 2025. Called Comfort systems on Friday & they came out that afternoon & had us up & running in about 30 minutes. Brent was our technician & I can't say enough about how professional, friendly & knowledgeable he was. 5* rating to Brent & Comfort Systems. Because of their prompt service & professionalism I signed up for their maintenance service plan which is really reasonable. If your looking for a professional trustworthy company, you just found it.

I will never call these people again. They charged me over $500 just to put a little freon in the system, and then tell me I need $8600 worth of ductwork. I had two other companies come out and they both said that the ductwork was not the problem.

Unethical company owned by a giant east coast corporation. They will peddle unnecessary maintenance contracts and plumbing. I would never recommend comfort systems to anyone that values their home or their money.

Been harassing us and posting slips on our door saying MABCD requires a mandated inspection on ac. We called the real MABCD to confirm if this was real or if the city required it. Turns out its not. Be aware of scammy practices as they try to manipulate you into paying inspections fee for fake inspections
