I purchased the Maintenance Agreement. Gage serviced my AC. He did a good job. Got right to work. He also checked and answered some questions I had about my new furnace that Hanna had installed last fall. I'm very happy with the work done.

I have had Hanna for the last several years. In that time I've had a flood in the basement and a furnace that had been abused by the previous owners. Hanna helped me out with the flood (thank you, Johnny) repaired my furnace to being as good as new, found a wasp nest in the exhaust that made my air just terrible, and each service person was helpful. I give them 5/5. Thank you!!! Just adding to the review I gave a year ago. Honestly, I could recommend them higher than a 5!

Excellent service! Hanna installed two AC systems for us in the past so when our 22 year old AC failed over the Memorial Day weekend then was only one call to make (I actually contacted them thru the website). Danny came out on Tuesday to check everything out. He gave me an estimate for a great new system that was actually below my budget. He was able to get the new system installed on Thursday. The guys did a great job installing everything and explaining the new system. It's noticeably quieter and moves more air than the old system. Very satisfied customer, again, thanks guys!!

My A/C decided to quit on me one evening right as the temperatures were climbing. Not ideal timing, to say the least. I called the emergency line and got in touch with Johnny. The emergency service pricing was very reasonable, but since it was getting late and the air outside was starting to cool off, I decided to wait until morning. Johnny told me to call back after 8am to get on the schedule with the gals who handle booking. Easy enough. Well, Johnny beat me to it. He called ME the next morning to let me know the schedule was full but that they’d work me in anyway. And they did. He came out, got everything up and running, and saved me from what was shaping up to be a very uncomfortable day. What really set the experience apart, though, was Johnny himself. Turns out he’s the service manager — and it shows. We ended up having a great conversation about family, work, and life. He took the time to walk me through proper maintenance and all the services Hanna offers so I can stay ahead of problems instead of sweating through them. Bottom line: Hanna earned a customer for life. And if Johnny’s the standard over there, they’ve got a great team running the show.

Capacitor on outside AC unit was bad. I called after 7 PM and was able to have someone come out and fix it for me. Our tech was named Evan, he gave me a time estimate for arrival and was prompt and he did a great job. Very impressed and I would recommend.

We recently replaced our 31 year old Furnace and 23m year old Heat Pump. It all started with Jeremy coming out to perform and inspection. We got to talking about total replacement and he was very patient and helpful in explaining the new units, how they worked and the cost. Once we decided on the units we were scheduled and two weeks later Garrett and Ricardo showed up and replaced our old units. Again they were very patient and helpful to us. The next day we called the office to pay and talked to Rene who again was very patient and helpful. Jason was the last person we talked to about rebates. All in All it was a great experience. We've gone through this exercise about four times in our 70 years on this earth and I can truly say these people were the best. I would recommend this crew to anyone. They are the greatest.

Dangerous and unsafe employee. At 118 pm on 235 south, a white pickup came speeding in behind me. Then proceeded to tailgate me and ride my bumper until I moved over. So, I moved over they could speed off down the road. I can presume that this is how they must conduct their business. We definitely do not need that kind of mindset working in our facilities. I would not want shortcuts or something being missed that might have a critical outcome. So I personally, have blacklisted them from my company and affiliates.

Within a few minutes of being in our home Jason diagnosed an airflow issue. He was very thorough and we appreciate his expertise. Immediately our A/C was working more efficiently. He found what many other companies missed and we are thankful for his service.

This company needs to do an evaluation on their employees and who’s allowed to drive. Not only that but let them take a company vehicle and purposefully park in intentions of blocking other vehicles in. This employee has been asked kindly to park in their open driveway but keeps performing these same tasks. The specific vehicle is a ram utility van numbered WMP 1 #52

Evan is the most conscientious technician I have ever seen. He thoroughly checked and rechecked all the operational parts of our furnace. He came out a second time to adjust the gas valve pressure which was the cause. I hope you will give him a raise. His quality of work is exemplary. Thank you

They serviced my aged HVAC and kept it running like a champ when another company I won’t name (ok, it’s Roth) charged me over $250 to tell me they couldn’t start it. Hanna’s employees are on time, pleasant, respectful of my home, fast, efficient, provided me with all the paperwork I needed for an insurance claim. Less than a year after they installed a humidifier on my furnace, it leaked and ruined the drywall in my entryway ceiling. My handyman found they didn’t glue the drainpipes. I contacted Hanna and they offered to fix the drywall. I haven’t used them since. There’s a reason they have a drywall guy on speed dial. I do recommend T & T Heating and Air in Goddard.

I would definitely change “Having an air conditioner break down in the middle of the night amid a Wichita heat wave can be a nightmare situation. Hanna Heating & Air Conditioning provides 24 hour, 7 days/week emergency repair HVAC service.” I called at 1:32a and was told they had no on call technician and would have the office return my call at 8am. Yes it is indeed a nightmare with 4 kids sweating is a home that is already reaching 86°. Don’t falsely advertise a time frame you can’t commit too!
