  • Fenix sold and installed our furnace and a/c, and has provided semi-annual scheduled maintenence on both units for over 20 years, and replaced the a/c unit once about 7 years ago. Everyone we've dealt with at Fenix has always been courteous, professional, honest, and efficient. The technicians who do the maintenance and service calls are knowledgeable and skillful, and take the time to explain what they're doing and to answer questions. By using Fenix's Planned Service maintenance program, our systems are always in good working order and we've only had maybe two or three actual service calls over the years we've been with Fenix.

  • We’ve been using Felix Heating & Cooling for probably 8–10 years now, and at this point, I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with our HVAC needs. Between our own homes and properties we’ve needed help with, we’ve had them out to five or six different houses recently alone and they are ALWAYS on top of it. When you’re dealing with an AC issue in the middle of a Texas summer, you want someone who answers, shows up, knows what they’re doing, and gets the problem handled. That’s Felix. They’ve helped us through more AC emergencies than I can count, and they’re consistently responsive, dependable, knowledgeable, and fair. It’s rare to find a company you can call over and over for nearly a decade and continue to have such a great experience. Felix Heating & Cooling has absolutely earned our trust and our business.
