The Comfy team, Miguel, Jorge, Carlos P., and Jairo, along with Austin, the estimator, upgraded my gas furnace to a heat pump, which added A/C while significantly reducing carbon emissions overall. The team did a great job, working quickly and efficiently, installing the entire new system in a day and removing the old. And in the end they left the work site perfectly clean. They were also just lovely people. They even put up with my enthusiastic German Shepherd, who was thrilled to have visitors.

I had a really bad install with a previous HVAC installer who shall go unnamed. Comfy on the other hand was awesome. Their estimate was on the higher end compared to the last vendor but they did it right the first time. They came and diagnosed it quickly and pointed out that the last HVAC guys installed the wrong part. COMFY got the right part and replaced it and the whole system worked perfectly. Their admin team Angie and Chelsea are awesome. Carlos M did a perfect job installing. Titus was a great consultant who helped give a quote. Comfy works with the HERS test vendor to ensure the system is tested. It passed. Comfy deals with the city to ensure permits are pulled. The last HVAC lied when he said he pulled permits. Comfy was honest and did things right. Comfy was awesome. Dealing with the city is not nearly as fun but Comfy deals with it. The HERS test vendor they work with was awesome. I wished I knew about them earlier. Their high rating isn't a trick. They're that good!

Sergio from comfy AC is hand down the best and most competent HVAC technician that’s ever been to our home. I had 2 prior techs out and they couldn’t solve the problem. He diagnosed and solved immediately. He was able to explain exactly what was happening . Instead of getting a whole new unit he was able to save me thousands of dollars. Honest , efficient, and even nice to my dogs . Comfy AC just got a customer for life !

Claudio Jairo and Carlos P installed a new Compact Variable Speed heat pump 37muhaq48aa3 4 ton unit with a 45muhaq fan coil. Claudio was punctual, and was able to find workaround when met with limitations during the start of the installation due to physical space limitations. He explained the details to me clearly and patiently. Initially the extra works his team has to perform might need to take 2 days. Claudio and Carlos stayed extra hours and got the job completed in 1 day. Next steps are for the next teams to perform their test and verifications. Overall I am very happy and with this first step. Will see what’s next. Thx Claudio and Carlos.🙂
