• Guy showed up on a Sunday night to help us! Our AC was broken during this last heat wave and we were truly desperate as my sister was recovering from surgery. • We had central air conditioning installed, but our home still doesn’t receive adequate airflow through most of the vents. We also had to pay extra for a pipe because water was leaking down the side of a window. After the work was completed, the owner told us to pay him directly instead of paying his workers, claiming they would not cash our check. We followed his instructions and paid the owner. However, his workers later cashed the original check anyway, resulting in us being charged twice. The owner owed us a substantial refund but delayed repaying us for about a week and repeatedly misled us about it. In addition, the company never properly cleaned the air ducts. Our home continues to fill with lint, which raises concerns that the job was not completed correctly. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company because of the poor workmanship and the billing issues,

• These guys are great. Their salesman came out and did his pitch in the most non salesman way. He offered me options but was very blunt about the weight of my options and what exactly I would be paying for. The price ranges were similar with the five other companies I'd spoken to, but the quality he offered, the warrantee and service options were too good to be true. I made a deposit and set a date. The men arrived on time and were done in half the time we had planned on. They walked me through the very fancy touch screen system. I can link it to my phone, I mean come on! Sales and service were both excellent, I highly recommend.
