Please beware of this place and be cautious of the paid/planted 5-star reviews. First, this isn't a longstanding local company with its own technicians as advertised, but rather a mass dispatch agency based who knows where, which sends the first available contractor in their network who happens to be in the area. Also, they tried to take advantage of the fact that we needed quick help and gave dishonest, wildly inflated quotes about the work needed and the actual cost of doing it. I was charged $70 for a "comprehensive on-site HVAC estimate" - even though their website says it's free - only to be told once the tech was on site that we'd have to pay another $4,500 just to diagnose the issue (which we already knew was a refrigerant leak), before getting an estimate of the actual repair cost. The tech jumped right to the most drastic and costly options and swore there were no other possible solutions. He also quoted me $800 to top off our refrigerant in the meantime, with no assurance it would actually contribute to a resolution. He acted certain of everything in order to inflate the price, even though it was clear he knew very little (I've never had a professional say they had "no idea" so many times to basic questions about work they claim to be an expert in). All that to say, please consider going somewhere else. We found an *actual* local company who came out same day, was super knowledgeable and responsive, and charged us $200 (!!!) for the exact same work this place quoted at $5,300 (including a full inspection and refilling our refrigerant). There are better companies out there and I would run far, far away from this one.
