Chet was absolutely fantastic! He came out to repair our very old AC unit and got it back up and running quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that he focused on finding a cost-effective solution and prioritized the safety of my kids, considering the condition of my unit. I have a Mitsubishi mini-split. My second one was installed about 18 months ago. Several firms have supposedly done preventive maintenance since 2018. None of them ever did much, other than tell me the units are self contained and don’t need much. I finally decided they didn’t know how to maintain them and went on line searching for Mitsubishi technicians. I found one company, Cool Heat. I called them. Night and day difference. The techs, Katen and Colton, took it down and gave it a thorough cleaning. It is clear they have been factory trained, and no one else had been. It is running cooler. I have confidence that my unit will now be maintained properly. The chances are if you are not using Cool Heat, your unit is not being maintained. I am grateful for their knowledge and their professionalism. Great company and great people.
