Bought a new unit a couple of years ago from them and they performed install. Already having issues with it but they have no idea what's wrong and now we have to have someone who knows more about hvac come out. Its unfornate they do not have the experience needed to help or stand behind their work more. Edit to respond to owner- you came out in July, had no idea what was wrong and couldn't come out again until next week. You had the opportunity to make this right and chose not to do so. Also, not charging for a service trip where you admit you couldn't fix the issue is not the flex that you think it is.

Highly recommend. A/C wasn't blowing cool air. Eric responded to an after hour call and scheduled an appointment for 8am the next day. In and out in 30 minutes. Upfront, transparent about the fix, overall health of the unit, etc. Repair cost was very reasonable, and I appreciate the communication and prompt service. I won't be looking anywhere else other than Davis moving forward for my A/C maintenance needs.

My A/C gave out in the middle of a heat wave on the Thursday before the July 4th weekend. I called Eric in the evening after normal hours on the referral of a friend. He came out the next morning and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and explained the issue to me in terms that I understood. He did a little research on parts and gave me a choice of repair or replacement and gave me a price for each option which were both very reasonable. I chose replacement and we scheduled the repair. When he came out to do the repair he was right on time. He and his assistant were professional, efficient, did a nice job of cleaning up when the job was complete, and even took a look at another unit for me while he was there to give me some advice on it. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism, the service, or the price. I will certainly call Eric the next time I have an issue and wholeheartedly recommend him.
