• We’ve been customers of Cronin-Verheul for about eight years and were very happy with our furnace when we first purchased it — we never had any issues until recently. On September 17, we decided to have a tune-up done and were pleased with the service at that time. However, just two weeks later, the furnace stopped working completely after being told everything looked great and was in working order. Given the timing, we found it quite concerning and reached out to express our concerns. It took a few days for someone to come out to assess the issue, and another two days before the repair was completed. It may have been a coincidence, but it was disappointing to have a breakdown so soon after a tune-up on a system that had run flawlessly for years. Unfortunately, the company was not willing to assist or offer any discount, even though we had just paid close to $300 for the tune-up and another $300+ for the repair. After years of being satisfied customers, this experience was very disappointing. It’s unfortunate, as we’re moving soon and our new home will be needing a furnace and A/C unit within the next year or two. We would have liked to continue working with Cronin-Verheul, but after this experience, we’ll be choosing another company moving forward.

• I’m so happy that I contacted Roy. I was misled by another well known hvac company and told that my air conditioner had a leak and that it would be almost impossible to find. They immediately set me up to meet one of their sales staff to sell me a brand new one. As a single woman and homeowner, I felt uncomfortable and decided to request another quote from another company. I am so pleased I did. Not only was there no leak, the only issue was that my filters were terribly dirty (my bad!) and that was causing the unit to not be up to speed. Roy explained it all to me in layman’s terms and I felt very comfortable. In these uncertain times, it’s refreshing to have an hvac company that you can trust. • My husband and I were very well pleased with our service from Cronin-Verheul Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd. The salesman, Ron, showed us the variety of units available. He did not push us at all for the sale. As the pilot light was back to working, we said that we would not purchase the stove at present time. The pilot light went out at a later date and we reached out to purchase the stove of our choice. He ordered the stove and called to make arrangements for the install. The two installers arrive ahead of schedule . We were ready. Palham was a hard worker bringing in the product and tools needed for the install. He would crawl into very tight space to help put the stove in place and make sure that the fan would be turned on and running. He removed all the garbage along with the old stove. Jamie was a very knowledgeable installer. He knew what tool was needed and when. I said that I had the vacuum cleaner ready to go when the old stove was removed. He would not let me vacuum at all. I told him that he could easily get a job with Molly Maid. He would think about it if he ever lost his position. Jamie made sure that the stove was working properly, that there was no carbon monoxide and that we understood how to operate the stove correctly. • Awesomely amazing. My 30 year old furnace finally had enough and I contacted Cronin Verheul for a quote. I'm so glad I did. Selected a mid range Lennox and had Jamie and Parhan arrive within 24 hours from the quote to do the install. They arrived right on time and were courteous and very friendly. Floor protecting sheets were placed from our front door all the way to the furnace room. We really appreciated that and the consideration of keeping our floors clean. We reviewed all the details of the install and I asked a lot of questions that Jamie was able to answer. A few hours later and the new furnace was installed and running. • I had a terrible experience with a driver from Cronin-Verheul on the highway today. The driver of the company vehicle with license plate number BK 99703 was swerving between lanes dangerously, cutting people off, and driving at excessive speeds. To make matters worse, when we honked to express our concern, he had the audacity to give us the finger. This kind of behavior is not only rude but also extremely dangerous. It's shocking to see a representative of a company driving so recklessly and behaving so unprofessionally. I hope Cronin-Verheul takes immediate action against such irresponsible drivers before they cause a serious accident. One star is too generous for this kind of behaviour.

In determining the right equipment for our home we not only dealt with sales and service staff but also your office administration staff. Everyone was a true professional and provided us with all the information needed to make the right decision on the proper equipment for our home.
