  • The words "certified" and "technician" are thrown around a lot, these days. I had them over for what was supposed to be a very simple annual maintenance service. Not only did they only pretend to perform the service, but they damaged my HVAC unit in the process and removed existing documentation (my property) without authorization. I asked them for a checklist of work they claimed to have done, and they did not provide one. Thereafter, I sent them a detailed report of what occurred (what they did and did not do as well as what they should have done) along with supporting evidence. After some discussion and attempts at deflection on their part, they agreed to come back at a later date to actually perform the service properly and rectify the damage caused. Unfortunately, after this agreement, nearly 4 months have passed and they have not responded to me at all. I attempted to contact them many times asking for an update, but they simply don't seem to care. As you can imagine, I am upset not only at the lack of responsibility exhibited, but also that I will now have to pay a different company to perform the service as well as repair the damage. Really did not need this extra stress.

  • I had a great experience with the DELEO HVAC who installed my Honeywell thermostat and completed the insulation work. They were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that they were honest and straightforward. They did not try to upsell me or use the usual scare tactics that can sometimes happen with home service work. They explained what needed to be done, completed the work neatly, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The insulation work was also completed efficiently and with good attention to detail. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest HVAC work.
