Harrison helped get our fireplace back into working order. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We're so happy to have Dows Climate Care take over this maintenance for us and finally have peace of mind about our gas fireplace!

Better late than never at sending this review! We had our yearly service done August 17th 2026. Again this year, Brent did a thorough job with the air conditioner, furnace and fireplace. This company was recommended to us and we are so happy with them. We just moved here last October and wanted to make sure the furnace and air conditioner were good. They have been nothing but professional and efficient, without being pushy. They take the time to explain everything and they are very respectful to your home. I love that they give great eye contact and I don't feel like I am being talked down to. We will definitely be dealing with them in the future and recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed with their service or feel pushed into something you are not sure of.

The service was exceptional, fast, they were here in just under an hour and found the problem showed me the defective part. The office found the required part and the guys had it replaced pronto. They were respectful removing their boots and making sure it was as tidy as it was when they arrived .Upon inspection it was noticed there was a second isue so a date is to be set for another part to be replaced..I recommend this business and these employees . Mark was here for a send time and service was equally as good , he can come by any time Thank you Dow's for choosing such good employees.We just had Chris in again to do a servicing and he is the most pleasant and well informed employee..bravo to How's once again

I had a new air conditioner recently installed by Harrison and Cole. They arrived on time as scheduled and got to work right away. They removed the old unit and all its components and did a great job installing the new one. A nice and tidy install. Harrison walked me through the new system and explained what was changed and its new features. Great job guys! Thnx

Today experience was great! Tori went through everything . We delt with another heating and cooling firm in the past and they more or less came out and out the guages on the heat pump and said "yup, your good!". Tori went through the whole system and found a part that could cause problems down the road and explained it to us. Thats what good techs do! I give this firm and tech 5 stars.

Hired Dows Climate Care to install new propane furnace after getting 3 estimates. All estimates were close to each other, but what stood out for me was that, Dows was the only company that pointed out code violations and what needed to be done to correct them.Installers arrived on time,cleaned up after themselves, and answered all my questions. Glad I chose them for this install.

I had Brent L. to my home to put on a new part in my furnace. He found another issue and fixed it. He is absolutely phenomenal. A definite 10+++ Extremely professional, courteous, and very helpful. He answered all my questions. I just switched to DOW last week, and will be replacing my furnace and AC this summer. I can't say enough great things about DOW or Brent.

Dows Climate Care technicians Andrew and Cole did a excellent job installing two cooling/heating minisplits for us. The timeline to and for installation was exactly as stated. All communication with the office was very straightforward. We were happy to support a local business and do something to reduce our fossil fuel consumption. Oops, don't miss out on the Ontario government cold climate heat pump rebates like I did. You must ask your installer to apply for you in advance of installation.
