• Very helpful and knoweldgable service tech installation which I greatly apreciataed. And Andy the sales rep was extremely helpful and available all through the deicison makin process. The only negative I am aware of is that I was assured of a $1500 rebate and these are no longer happening due to the funds for rebates being too low for all the interest in it. So I would say that people should plan on getting no rebate. But in all other ways this was a very positive expereience.

• Updated: After the original review ECM made a major effort to fix the problem. It turned out to be two more or less unrelated problems with the heat pump. So definitely 1 star for Bosch for making such a lemon (and for making tech support so difficult). Now we just have to figure out if the noise level is normal -- hope not. Original review: We told Steve the two problems we were having with our heat pump. He fixed neither, and gave a completely fanciful explanation for what was causing one of them.

• We were very happy with our experience with ECM, quoting and installing a dual zone mini split heat pump. It's primarily for air conditioning so we haven't used it much yet, but it looks good and works well so far. Federico made some good suggestions for the system, helped us with a rebate application, and has stayed in communication. The install crew was good natured and very efficient, finishing the project in less than a day.

• We had ECM Kingston come in to retrofit our mini split heat pump system, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. They were not the original installers of our current in-floor propane boiler system, but when I approached them about installing new components to achieve a specific setup, they were incredibly patient and open to the ideas I brought forward. They worked through the options with me, executed the installation exceptionally well, and followed up to ensure everything was performing as expected. What really stood out was how they handled an issue left behind by another company. We had a new pump installed in our garage by a competitor prior to the retrofit, and it never worked properly. After nearly a year of poor communication and no resolution from that company, ECM stepped in. Within a day, they diagnosed the problem as a faulty condenser and were able to have it replaced by the manufacturer at no cost. A special mention to Federico, who was my main point of contact—his communication, responsiveness, and overall professionalism were outstanding. Highly recommend ECM Kingston.
