  • Have had 2 experiences now with Dr HVAC and it’s been great both times. They are honest, dedicated, and don’t give you the run around and upsell. As somebody who is newer to home ownership it’s refreshing not to be upsold at every corner on larger purchases that are already hard to stomach.. My instal was completed in a tight space and a component even needed to be refit at no extra charge on my quote and no complaints from their team.   • Tech was on time and was great. Friendly demeanor, knowledgeable and clear in communication. I had an issue sourcing from my Blower Motor, that could not be detected on the techs arrival, but he took the time to inspect everything, to determine what might be the trouble. He took the time to discuss options and potential ways to address the issue and also discussed potential replacement options to look at higher efficiency models that may provide us greater comfort and long term savings. I'm glad I ran across this Company and support their High Rating! 2026-10 Another visit and more information to attend to this now recurring trouble. our tech was great and thorough with looking at all aspects of my furnace system. Identified troubles and issues that are now causing greater problems. But, he got the system running and now I'm exploring the replacement options. I like and trust the information they are providing to provide the best guidance on how to address and provide the best comfort for our home.

  • They cancelled my appointment twice, finally got one a month and a half after, waited at home all day for them to show because the best they can do is a 8hr window, only for them to finally say they were coming 30m after the end of the window they gave. Choose a company that respects your time. Update, also they send a lot of spam mail.

And a follow up is needed so we're very pleased that he will take care of this in the morning and not leave us hanging. Also very careful with all the snow and slush around to keep it out of the house.
