• Total scammers with incompetent techs. Avoid at all costs!Doing business with Dupont Heating and AC has been a total nightmare. It started in 2021 when the owner refused to give me a transparent price on boiler maintenance. They have consistently changed their maintenance prices, overcharged me $2,000 for coils on a Carrier AC install in May 2025, and lied about not having service invoices because they "went paperless."Their technicians are completely incompetent. They installed a coil box backwards, left pipes dripping water, and installed a filter on the wrong side of the coil, requiring them to cut into my ductwork months later to fix it.In September 2026, my system failed entirely. Dealing with Nicole in the office was awful—she is rude and full of excuses. A tech misdiagnosed the issue, forced me to buy a transformer and a control board, and then blew both new parts within 30 seconds of installing them because he didn't know what he was doing. I recently discovered they put a 10-amp fuse in my air handler, which I suspect was done intentionally to blow the system and scam me out of more money. I have had Dupont as my hvac contractor since 2021. The owner takes zero accountability. Save your money and your sanity—stay away! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE way to treat your customers DUPONT. I would NEVER recommend you and if anyone does I will share my experiences with your unprofessional dishonest company.

• Updated review. I've had my 3 year old furnace checked and cleaned annually since DuPont installed it. I've come to understand there are 2 violations during the installation. So I am changing my review. I've attached two photos and will explain. One pic shows, the lack of clearance between the furnace and the wall only being 19 inches. if any of the major motors are components need to be repaired there's no clearance or hardly none to get that out. The other photo is actually showing the vent pipe that goes up to the chimney and the gas line that feeds the furnace are touching I've actually got that RED tagged as a result. So now I'm left to have a gas fitter come and reposition the gas pipes as a result. Certified installers should be a lot more diligent when it comes to these type of issues. I will not be using Dupont Heating and cooling services again. Previous review. Furnace replacement was a big undertaking. Estimate to installation was quick and as promised. Joe Conforti provided a great estimate and followed up with me in regards to any questions or concerns, even after installation. Professional and polite people.

• I can’t say enough good things about Dupont Heating and AC. I had a frustrating issue with my AC that took some time to diagnose, but from the very beginning, they took my concerns seriously and genuinely wanted to understand what was happening. They were incredibly patient, kind and thorough throughout the process. They sent their most experienced people to troubleshoot the issue, including Mario, the owner of the company, and I always felt that they were listening and committed to finding the right solution. Their pricing was fair, and I also appreciated how clearly they stood behind their work and warranty. After a lot of troubleshooting, the problem was finally identified and fixed, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The difference was immediate, and the service I received was exceptional from start to finish. A special shout-out to Jeff in the office, who was absolutely wonderful—super patient, friendly, kind and genuinely invested in helping me get the issue resolved. Also, a shout out to Nico & Sam, who both attended my place to do the work to solve the issue. I’m extremely pleased with Dupont Heating and AC and will absolutely use them again for any future heating or cooling issues, as well as regular maintenance. • DuPont installed a new Heat Pump system in our condo in Feb of 2025. In spring/summer of 2026 the a/c on the system started to fail. Their repair staff visited the condo 3 times over a 4-5 week period each time claiming the system was fixed. Today the a/c is malfunctioning again. Moving on to another company to fixed it.

• My furnace was nut working and within an hour Dupont had a technician to my house. It was dead. Within a very short time I had a quote for a new furnace and by noon the next day the furnace was installed! I had to put in a high efficiency so the had to find a way to vent it directly to the outside. My basement is all finished. They managed to find a way with just a small cut in the drywall. • Dupont did a great job - they relocated/replaced my boiler pipes and replaced the original cast iron radiator with a hydronic towel warmer, allowing me to reclaim space for a new walk-in shower.
