• Communication at first was great but once they got payment crickets! I hired dynamic services to install a new hvac system in my new construction house. They got the rough in completed and it passed inspection. Payment was processed. I then called them to finalize the installation a couple months later by installing the outdoor unit, vent covers and firing off unit for heating/cooling. They didn’t come back! Took my 80% and never finished the job they were hired to do! Would never recommend or hire them again. Buyer beware!!!

• Needed help after completing a large DIY project. After contacting 3 referrals, they were the ones that answered fast and with real interest! The owner Carl & Kody figured out a way to complete that Donald stage of my project in 3 hours and a very reasonable price (given other quotes I've gotten in Seattle). The only "problem" is that Carl knows HVAC so well, sometimes it's hard to follow him when he explains things super fast ;-) I look forward to seeing them annually to service my DIY investment.

• When it comes to HVAC installation and repairs, Dynamic Services is the ABSOLUTE BEST! They just installed a Daikin dual heat pump system in my home in under a day and it works fantastically cooling (45 deg) and heating (95 deg). It is way more energy efficient and can be controlled with remote or by app on my phone. The outdoor unit is whisper quiet and their installation work is very neat and professional. Since they routed the wiring and line sets through my attic there’s nothing to see on outside or inside. This is the second heat pump I’ve had installed by Dynamic Services. Last year they converted my gas furnace to a heat pump which has worked great during winter and summer saving me lots on energy bills as well as greater comfort. They had the best price and do the best work hands down! They are also vey responsive on servicing and repairs. No need to go with the big guys who will charge you double and make you wait, call Dynamic Services - you’ll be glad you did!

• A year ago this company did HVAC work for me. Communication was difficult the entire time. Recently I had water coming down my wall from a failed condensation line connection. This failed because they just used electrical tape for the connection. This has been leaking in my attic for an unknown amount of time with mold visible. It has been over three weeks now since informing the owner of the issue at hand. They came out a week later to fix the connection but nothing has been done about the mold and damaged drywall/studs. This is an issue that should be handled swiftly by a company specializing in water damage and mold mitigation. I am now left to try and hire a company myself to take care of this to keep my family and house safe from the visible mold that is growing.

• We had Dynamic Services install our American Standard heat pump 11 months ago, so when it started having issues, we called them back for what should have been a straightforward warranty repair. A tech came out two weeks ago, diagnosed the problem, and said parts needed to be ordered. Since then, getting any update has been nearly impossible. My phone log shows 8 outgoing calls to their office since 6/15 — most going unanswered, and on the rare occasion someone picks up, I’m told they’re busy and will call back. They never do. Two weeks with no word on whether the parts were even ordered was too long for a system that’s less than a year old and still under warranty. I ended up calling Kliemann Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning instead — they answered immediately and had someone out the same day. I’ll now be paying out of pocket for a repair that should have cost nothing, simply because Dynamic Services couldn’t be bothered to return a call. Great installers, apparently, but if you ever need warranty service after the sale, good luck reaching anyone.

• I had my 60+ year old furnace removed and installed a new 2 stage furnace by dynamic services. Very reasonable price compared to other big companies. At first it wasn’t working correctly because of old thermostat, but Kyler, Kody, and Rob were very responsible and responsive for my questions, walked me through everything and explained everything that needed to be done in order for the 2 stage to work. I ended up needed a new smart thermostat and now everything works properly. Highly recommended this team. They always stand behind their works. Even give you discount on annually maintenance for the first 3 years.
