• The scheduling was terrible. Eco was quick to schedule a day and time. Then it sent confirmation txt with disclaimer about changes. I scheduled a water heater flush and it asked for brand, model and serial number. Replied my WH is less than 2 yrs old but Eco still needed the info and photos. Then day before appointment another txt that says time no longer available but another later in the day is possible. But no confirmation. Customer is expected to be available at Eco’s convenience? The technician Sam who came was professional and did a good job.

• The technician, either lied to me, or used faulty technical equipment saying my furnace is a danger. Then tried to sell me overpriced furnace replacement. I’ve had two different HVAC companies retest and both saw no immediate danger, and still gave me quotes for much cheaper by several thousand dollars. Beware of ECO, as they try to be cheap to get in the door, then use scare tactics and overpriced upselling.

I didn’t even realize my filters were the kind that didn’t need to be thrown away. I would’ve been throwing them away And wasting money buying new ones. So he showed me how to clean them to prevent gunk buildup. He also gave me an overview on the system we have since we bought the house almost 4 years ago I wasn’t really sure how old our heating an AC system was and how to properly maintain it. We also did a test to make sure the heating and cooling was working properly

• They guy that came out to fix motor in furnace did ok job. Then went under house to tie up ductwork! Freaked out and came running out saying there was a dead animal in it and I would have to get someone else to get animal out and then it would be $1200 + to replace!! Called crawlspace company. They went under and said yes there is opening where animals have been going in but said no animal in there and replaced ductwork for $500!! Said the first guy was prolly just a coward! And I totally agree!! There are going to be critters and bugs in crawl space! Jeeezzzz scary cat of a rat and charging over double price! Then the receipt the guy gave me didn’t even show that I paid the $1400 +. Had to call the office to get a good receipt showing $0 balance! Won’t ever use this company again!
